The only reason I gave it. 4 out of 5 stars is because the dust from the concrete floor can sometimes become airborne with all the sliding of your items and bins. Other than that 4.5 out of 5”
“I have ran all over Cincinnati JUST to rent a storage unit, However Every Single one Quoted me a price over the phone, n Once I Arrived they wanted to charge me way more. When I walked into Extra Space Storage,, it was So diff then the others, I was Welcomed, Walked thru Every Single Charge, ( NO HIDDEN FEES!! YAY!!) The Lady that helped me, Named Trish,, She was A Breath of Fresh Air!! She is Such a Kind Woman, She Genuinely Helped Me with a Few Issues n Made renting one of her Units Soo Much More Smoother n She's a Very Pleasant woman to talk with, n Very Approachable! I'll Never go Anywhere Else Again. I'm a Long time Lifer with Extra Space Storage,, N Soley Due to Mrs. Trish saling the Units n Very Proud of representing the Company she Works for. “The 3 guys that came to set up my furniture were timely and polite. When coming into the house they promptly took off their shoes before going upstairs. They quickly brought my items in and put together my furniture. They made sure to take any trash with them as they left. I was highly satisfied with the service that I received. And would willingly use them again.”

“The manager is great! The facility is always clean and secure. Never had an issues with pests or security. The down side is that there never seemed to be any carts around to help with the heavy items. The rate increase was pretty standard and I was there for about a year and half before it got the point where I had to move out because of the cost.”

The grounds are very nice with many cameras, giving me great security. In fact 1 of those cameras along with this outstanding Manager, recognized I had left a key behind, he got the key and placed it in an envelope. Realizing I missed the key quickly returning. Above and beyond customer service the best. Wow! Thank you.”
“Raymond was very professional. He was thorough and he wanted to make sure I was happy with my unit. He walked me through several units and layouts so I could make the best decision according to my needs. He answered all questions and did his job with a smile on his face. “I just recently came to Glenway storage because I had a very bad experience with public storage. First this place is extremely clean. I wasn’t expecting that.. I got two storage units. Luckily they were side-by-side. It’s like my things are in a hotel.. The pricing is great. It is definitely like night and day from public storage, which was awful and I still had time to get my stuff from there, but came back two hours later to get it & Public Storage threw everything in the garbage. Just walking in this place, you know it’s a great facility to keep your things. It’s a hotel for your things. I highly recommend Glenway Storage”

“From my experience, Planes Moving and Storage is a very honest company. Very professional, honest, and extremely careful with the packaging, loading and unloading. Planes moving team took great care with my antiques and collectibles. The price quoted and accepted DID NOT change. Planes truly honor their estimated quoted price.
Diane, Planes Surveyor/Move Estimator assigned Kristen, one of their best drivers for my move to another state, and in turn, Kristen hired the best packers. My belongings were very well packed and delivered. However, no matter how much care is taken, items do suffer some damage. It comes with the territory of moving, and I have moved internationally and nationally many times. I haven’t fully unpacked, but so far, so good, no major damage.
Diane arrived on time for our meeting. She was knowledgeable, honest, caring and kind. She gave great advice on what needed to be done to properly protect my antiques, and to help keep cost down. She guided me through the whole process.
Once the contract was accepted and signed, Kyra, Move Coordinator was constantly checking in to make sure everything was going well. She was very responsive when we had questions or needed something.
Kristen, Driver and Move Overseer for packing, loading, delivery and unloading, was very conscientious, efficient, meticulous, caring and kind. Kristen made sure that everything was well wrapped, packed, loaded, and delivered. Kristen was present every step of the way. The care she took of everything put me at ease.
All the staff who packed, loaded and unloaded at both locations, from the state of departure to state of arrival were great. They were hardworking, very efficient, and very careful with my possessions.
Customer Service Personnel were also great. Kyra and Kristen were in constant contact with me and other family members throughout the whole process. The entire team was very responsive, efficient and caring. I highly recommend Planes Moving and Storage for your move. You will be in good hands with a FIVE STAR MOVING COMPANY!.”
