“From the start I new I had chosen properly. Initially the staff were very helpful in taking me through the design phase, answering questions and turning my idea into a real design. It was also extremely helpful that they have the ability to do the design stuff in house instead of others that just as for a picture and you get what you get.The level of communication and quick response to questions from both sides is a great quality they have that you don’t find in businesses today. This extended all the way through to the production team which kept me abreast of the status, to include providing pictures, and notifications of supply issues. I can’t say it enough, you just don’t find businesses and people of this standard today.”

“I can't say enough good things about this team with a special shout out to Tide! A few month's ago, DHL lost a poster that I had created on Shutterfly and I needed it by a deadline date. When the package didn't arrive I called at least 5 other places to see if they could turn it around in 2 hours.This location said they could and using only a screenshot, they produced a beautiful poster for my daughter's event. Needless to say, I ordered my second poster here and had it mounted on foam board. It is perfect and came with special corner protectors which was unexpected. It's not inexpensive, but it was worth it knowing I'd get my order completed on time. Tide is kind and accommodating. Everyone I've interacted with at this location is quite nice.”

Restrooms were clean. Parking is ample. I like how they keep a small area with supplies for customer use (tape, scissors, paper clips, pens, etc).”

My file was not printing correctly, so Clint promptly reached out and worked with me back and forth until the problem was fixed. AND they have awesome paper slicers to use in store, for cutting out flyers. I will definitely be using them again when I need something printed same day!”
