“I had a bit a of anxiety about getting a large delivery truck on my little country road and up my driveway that goes over a big hill. The last time a large delivery truck came, they hit the power lines above the driveway, backed up, unloaded, and drove away. RXO was very professional, careful, and friendly. They also communicated very well about where my package was and when it was going to arrive. I wish more delivery companies would be like RXO!!!”

“Quick easy digital check in. Text the number in the photo, they send a link, you fill out info. Send back. In few minutes you will a text telling what dock. Go to sock get unloaded they will send another text for you to sign your bills send that back and within 5 minutes you get another telling to proceed to gate to pick up bills. Super friendly people.”

While I was looking in one of those aisles another associate asked if I needed any more help. I was kinda surprised, honestly. “I had a great experience at this FedEx Office. The staff member was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. He checked on me while I was using the self-service copier to make sure everything was going okay, and later helped me send some important documents internationally.
He carefully confirmed the complicated Japanese address with me, explained the shipping options and cost before proceeding, and was very patient with my limited English. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable, which I really appreciated.

My file was not printing correctly, so Clint promptly reached out and worked with me back and forth until the problem was fixed. AND they have awesome paper slicers to use in store, for cutting out flyers. I will definitely be using them again when I need something printed same day!”
