“I had a bit a of anxiety about getting a large delivery truck on my little country road and up my driveway that goes over a big hill. The last time a large delivery truck came, they hit the power lines above the driveway, backed up, unloaded, and drove away. RXO was very professional, careful, and friendly. They also communicated very well about where my package was and when it was going to arrive. I wish more delivery companies would be like RXO!!!”

“I came in assuming they could simply scan a QR code and ship it. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it turned into a project. The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. “There is a gate. Check-in online at the Guard Shack. They can help you if you have difficulties. I came at 8 pm while my appointment was 7 am tomorrow. They sent me sms with the dock number immediately. Park 5 feet away from the dock, don’t cut seal, wait when the guy comes and tell that you can do it. Then open trailer doors, slide tandems and back in to the dock. Wait when they send you sms to sign docs online and the guy knock in your door and tell you that you unloaded. I was unloaded at 01:30 am. Then drive to the Guard Shack and they give you the docs. You are gtg. You can ask them to stay overnight onsite (they allowed me).”

“I came thru today lookin for stationery (paper, pencils, staplers). Shortly after I walked in someone asked if I needed help finding anything and they led me over to the aisles I needed. While I was looking in one of those aisles another associate asked if I needed any more help. I was kinda surprised, honestly. My only minor complaint was that I had trouble finding mechanical pencils at an affordable price. Otherwise thanks to this location”

I also like how their hours are consistent (I've had this problem with other locations) and their different services (self amazon returns, computer, printing, etc.) are always up and running. The warranty company could not help me because they would not read the receipt in there own database. went to staples to get a reprint and they could not help me. So Garrett and Harry got me a new chair and a new warranty so if anything happens to the new chair i am covered. 100% great customer experience. Will go here for anything computer related.”
“I can't say enough good things about this team with a special shout out to Tide! A few month's ago, DHL lost a poster that I had created on Shutterfly and I needed it by a deadline date. When the package didn't arrive I called at least 5 other places to see if they could turn it around in 2 hours.This location said they could and using only a screenshot, they produced a beautiful poster for my daughter's event. Needless to say, I ordered my second poster here and had it mounted on foam board. It is perfect and came with special corner protectors which was unexpected. It's not inexpensive, but it was worth it knowing I'd get my order completed on time. Tide is kind and accommodating. Everyone I've interacted with at this location is quite nice.”

AND they have awesome paper slicers to use in store, for cutting out flyers. I will definitely be using them again when I need something printed same day!”
