“I've used Foreign Exchange in the past and was very satisfied, so I thought I would bring my Lotus in even though they aren't Lotus specialists, and it is a bit of an unusual car. They went above and beyond to figure out why the car was pulling to the right. Turns out there was a shim in the wrong spot, likely from a previous alignment error by someone else. I don't know how long it took them to figure out that problem, but they only charged me the standard price for an alignment. With that straightened out and the new tires on it the car is now dialed in perfectly. They know what they are doing and they really seem to love cars. They clearly wanted to get it right, and they did. I won't bring my cars to anyone else.February 2024:A little update, I seem to like bringing challenges to this shop. My kid and I thought we would change out the original 25 year old suspension on our Audi TT with some nice performance coilovers as a father/son project. The internet said it was easy as cake. 3 days later and we had done more damage than good. I had the car towed over to FE, told them what we where trying to do, and gave them a huge box of parts they had never seen before. A few days later they call me up to take a look and let them know how I like the height of the car. I chatted with Clifton, who was one of the techs working on the car. He told me about everything they did and everyone they talked to about how to best set up the this car with an adjustable suspension. The car now looks great, drives great, and is much better prepared for the Autocross we will be throwing at it. I am always amazed at how much care and knowledge everyone at FE puts into their work. “I took my Mazda 5 here and they were able to replace the transmission module in a surprisingly short period of time. The staff was also very friendly, and they washed my car before returning it to me. The only issue was that my battery was not secured back in place properly, causing my car to stall, though this was a relatively easy fix.”

However, the owner is an honest and fair man. I feel bad for the review i left. He is a man of his word and stood behind his shop. I can’t say anything bad about this shop. Truly, humbling experience to find an honest person in this day and age.”

“A lot of respect and appreciation for these guys.Two other shops told me my carrier bearing should be replaced. After inspection here they found out that wasn't the problem. Some play but not an immediate issue.It was worse. It was the power divider that needed attention.Leo explained the problem, showed me the magnetic drain plug with a lot of metal on it, and offered options on what to do. Nothing was forced. Basically, leave it or fix it.I opted to fix it. After locating one that could get here the next day, I was given the quote.Not cheap! I called a couple of shops I trust to check on cost. Clarke was a little higher for the part but not outrageous. Plus, I'm here, not at those other places.I asked about other things like u-joints, seals, etc that might need replacing as long as this work was getting done. A yoke and seal were bad. And yes, I decided to replace the carrier bearing that I had already purchased from the dealer. Once done there would be no weak areas.Bearing, yoke, seal were replaced while waiting on the divider. No wasted time!Divider came in and was installed. A team effort start to finish to get the job done. I was told to expect it finished by midnight. It was done by 9.Best part. They lowered the cost of the divider to what the other shops had told me. They didn't know I had called around. They did it on their own! They earned my trust bigtime.Leo, Chris, and shop, thank you for taking real good care of me and my truck.It's good to add a shop I can depend on and that treats me right.BIG THANKS CLARKE POWERThe TV in the lounge has plenty of channels.Comfy couches. “Kemmeco is definitely a 5 star + company from my experience Now a days it’s hard to find good quality reliable trustworthy businesses that won’t screw you over with that being said I met a guy named ryan at the grocery store and I could tell from the conversation he was about business and knew what he was talking about discussing my classic car and suggestions months later I stoped by the shop I was having some issues regarding a failing engine/transmission in my Silverado they did a diagnostic and knew automatically what the issue was and had my truck completely running brand new in great timing Kemmeco is very professional they actually care and take pride in their work and good quality service they put in great effort and communicate well they make sure the job is done right and will be upfront and completely honest with you they are extremely friendly and make sure you are comfortable as a customer and will take good care of you throughout the process my experience with this company has been great I would highly recommend”

“My car's alternator went out completely unexpectedly and my regular mechanic said they didn't have time to get me in for a while. I called Tri City Auto because they were the only place I could think of and I've had several friends recommend them, including friends who also had to have their cars towed here for urgent things, and they were awesome. The person I talked to on the phone told me they might not be able to get me in until the end of the week, but they got to my car the next day and called me to say he was ready first thing the day after that! $525 to get my alternator and the belt replaced on a 2004 Honda Civic, which was less than I was expecting. The two people at the front desk that I spoke to were both very friendly and helpful, and the estimate I was given before the work was done was exactly right. I would absolutely recommend Tri City Auto and there's a good chance I'll be back the next time I need work done.”
