I just had another great experience with Matthew at the Springfield Verizon store. He was able to assist my daughter who moved to England get a code that she was unable to access. He also identified an old (apparently very old!) amplifier that I found when she moved. He kindly disposed of it! The staff in the store is always great. Thank you! I had to go back and Alex was able to get the information I didn’t know I needed when Matthew helped me. These guys are so patient and kind.”

“Amazing product (strong, unfailing connection); fantastic serive (so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful); great price (half the price of Spectrum)!!! I came to T-Mobile in a state of desperation having been a forever customer of Charter/Spectrum, being that for forever we had no actual choice (unless you consider AT&T a feasible option [nope!]). I had long ago forgotten that an Internet provider company could be COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY AMAZING! T-Mobile has exceeded every promise made!!
