“Can’t say enough good things about this store. Clean, well organized, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. When I had a nosebleed in the store, staff jumped to my assistance without hesitation, finding a chair and rolls of paper towels. They stood by to make sure I was ok. I also want to give a big shout out to other shoppers, who showed concern and tried to help. This is by far the best Costco in any area we’ve shopped in.”

One of the things I appreciate most about this location is the excellent customer service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I've had to return items several times, and the process has always been hassle-free. Costco's return policy is generous, and the staff is accommodating.

“I was skeptical as a first time customer. They did not have good reviews online. However, there was a beautiful jacket in the catalog that someone in my family really wanted. We called the catalog but the customer service team wasn't very knowledgable. I think the customer representatives work for various catalogs and don't have much knowledge of the product merchandise for any of them. This really frustrates me when catalogs do this as I can read the details of the item and make my purchases online by myself. When I call up customer service, I really would like to talk to someone who has knowledge about the products that cannot be found online. We waited as we weren't sure about ordering from here and also didn't want to pay for shipping if we were unsure about the product. Acorn bases their shipping charges on the price of the item and they don't offer free shipping no matter how much you buy. I knew that the price of shipping this jacket was way more than it would actually cost to ship a lightweight item and that did not sit well with me. However, we did eventually see a promotion for free shipping so we decided to give the catalog a try, just once, because we were so in love with the item. The timeline for the delivery of the item was quick. When we opened the package I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the jacket. It was a really, really nice piece. The material was so soft and silky. The construction and workmanship was excellent. It fit true to size and was absolutely perfect in every way. My family member was very pleased as it was exactly what they had been looking for. We only had one experience with this company so far and we didn't have any issues with the order and didn't have to deal with customers service or returns. I also didn't place the order during the winter holiday season so I can't comment on what that may have been like. However, the quality of the merchandise exceeded my expectations. It ended up being worth the gamble. “Great place for the green construction worker to get their feet wet in the trades. I worked there for 5+ years, and have good things to say about the owners, and most of the supervisors. I learned a ton, but just like anywhere else, you get what you put in. Bob Pugh is one of my favorite bosses.”

“NO overnight parking
So I had a drop and hook appointment for 1730 hours. I got to the guard shack at 1600 and just followed the advice of other drivers. The older lady that works in the guard shack is all business, she doesn’t smile for anything… Lol… She’ll let you know where to drop your empty and then from there you go hook up to a trailer that’s sitting in front of a dock.
I wouldn’t say this was a drop and hook more of a live load, but I was loaded super fast within 30 minutes and was glad to be out of there…
Driving up to the guard shack there’s only room for two trucks… And it’s a little tight with traffic incoming and outgoing… Not a bad experience… Have had way worse in other places”
“The people here were very nice and helpful, they took me a day before my appt time but I also delivered hazmat so that plays a role in the unloading process. It took about 10 minutes for me to get someone to come out but today is Sunday so I had to wait a little but nonetheless, I was able to get unloaded and on my way to my next load.”
“Arrived at 9am. Broker said load between 8-2pm. They said my appointment was for 2pm. They gave me a door (plenty of room to dock) and loaded me in 35 mins. Had paperwork in hand 15 mins later. Overnight parking in the area stated. Signs make it easy to find check in. Lost a star cause staff was so rude for no reason. They do have a bathroom and vending machines”
“They unload very quick. 32 pallets within 20 minutes but next door is Schneider and their yard driver is certified dumb. I stopped to scale the load before delivery then he was crying asking me to leave and playing that I'm block his way while there a huge space. Looks like he's trying to be bossy or doesn't know what he's doing then at the exit he tried to hit my truck face to face collision. People in risk because of this idiot. Everything recorded on my dashcam. I'm going to report that.”
“Had to wait til Thursday morning because they were short staffed when I got here on Wednesday at 1400. No big deal I knew it was a chance I took coming in early.
I was told to back into a door once they shutdown for the day so I would be 1st trk of the day when they opened at 0645-ish. Was done at 0800.
There is enough room on the sides of the street for maybe 6 trucks to park. Schneider trks are in and out alot in this area.
A couple grassy areas to walk your dog, keep on leash though, there are rabbits around.”
“For those who come here for the first time: There is a booth at the entrance, go into it with your license and pickup number, they communicate via a walkie-talkie, you scan your license yourself in a small device on the bottom left. They load very slowly, but once they load, you lose several hours. It is difficult to back up even with the doors already open, because... there is very little space. Office in the middle of the building.”
“These people are really cool here.Very efficient, nice parking lot. It's a little tight, so take your time. No lumper fee, but make sure your load is secured good. If your load is messed up, then you will pay a lumper fee.”
