“I contacted the warehouse to replace a 30 year old bed frame. Maria answered the phone and I explained to her what I needed. She did not hesitate to help me. I texted her pictures of the frame per her request and within a few days later, Maria was texting me with good news. She said I think we have it, but bring it with you so we can compare the two.When I arrived at the warehouse, they located Maria for me. Her and another associate came out and examined the frame they went to get the new one.This is where the customer service went beyond my expectations. They took me inside the warehouse and cut the box open and pulled out the frame to make sure it would work. I told them it was a queen, but once they took it out, we realized it was a full which required them to open another box. I felt so bad. They didn't mind at all. They went to get the full size for me. Meanwhile, I was explaining to Maria about how my dad purchased this bedroom set over 30 years ago because my husband and I were coming home to visit from the military and he wanted us to have a nice stay, so he bought a brand new bedroom set from Wayside. It has truly held up. My dad passed away in January and my mom unfortunately fell ill right after. The frame bent because she couldn't get out of the bed and it took my sister and I to get her out, thus the reason for the new frame.I have no doubt that Maria could feel what I have been going through over the past few months. When it was time to pay, she said it would be on them and that I could have it. It took everything in me not to break down and cry. I am so grateful for her. This act of kindness is what good customer service is built upon. Maria saw me through from the beginning until the end. I appreciate her more than she will ever know. Thank you Maria.All my furniture is from Wayside and I will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family.”
“After researching several sources, I ordered 5 lbs of Lemongrass oil. I am very pleased with the value and communication concerning my order and possible future needs. I made a big mistake in assuming the order would be five 16 oz containers. In the past, I have received various items this way.( I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks after all.) I do recommend Bulk Apothecary and give them a solid 5 Stars. Blessings and have a nice day.”
“Appt was at 9am, arrived around 8:30-8:45am. Checked in by door 15, sign above it says driver check in. You'll need to have a delivery number that starts with 193 and is 6 digits long. Assigned a door right away as well during check in process. Also make sure you slide your trailer tandems to the rear before backing in. Unloaded in about an hour at 10:45. Great Place i'd have to say!”
“As a person that visits this Costco and observes much more positives than negatives. Just remember, with negative reviews there are two sides to every story and details that aren’t told. It’s totally unfair. I have personally witnessed some instances where the shopper was rude to the employees right in front of my eyes and made false claims. Decide for yourself!”
“Overnight parking on site. Very nice staff from the lady at the shipping office to the loader in the warehouse. They loaded me right away even though I was late for my appointment. (Thank you all for that) Good luck y’all ✌️”
“Great place to pick up a load, roomy yard and docks, polite staff, clean restroom for drivers. Been picking up here every week for a while now, arriving way early for my afternoon appointments and getting loaded within an hour or two. Wish more places were this hassle free ?”
“Clean and well organized store. Very rarely do I wait in line more than 5 min. Staff are friendly and efficient; checkers are also on the ball as you leave the store - once saved me paying for an item I hadn't put in my cart. Thanks!”
“Drivers listen up, this is a great place if you come prepared, great people, fast load/unload under an hour most days, it's by appointment only so make sure you have an appointment for the PO number you're delivering/picking up otherwise you'll be turned away, the office opens at exactly 8:00 am, not 7, not 7:59, 8:00am, I repeat 8am, so please don't lineup by the door/staircase at 7:30 hoping to beat the guy behind you to the dock, you're just slowing down everyone by doing that, docks are pre-assigned to each delivery/pickup the day before so your door is reserved before you even get here, so stop lining up by the door with your flipflops straight out of bed, and yes you can park overnight here no one will bother you just pull up ahead and park across from doors 18/19/20, don't park by the entrance there is another company that shares this building and their drivers start their drop/hook shift around 3am.”
“11/7/2023..I had a drop and hook here today. The lady at the guard booth was so nice. Make sure your trailer is clean or washed out cause they will check. I got my bills before entering onto the property. I was told which door to drop my trailer in and which door my pickup was in. Not sure about live loads but this was quick and easy. “I was skeptical as a first time customer. They did not have good reviews online. However, there was a beautiful jacket in the catalog that someone in my family really wanted. We called the catalog but the customer service team wasn't very knowledgable. I think the customer representatives work for various catalogs and don't have much knowledge of the product merchandise for any of them. This really frustrates me when catalogs do this as I can read the details of the item and make my purchases online by myself. When I call up customer service, I really would like to talk to someone who has knowledge about the products that cannot be found online. We waited as we weren't sure about ordering from here and also didn't want to pay for shipping if we were unsure about the product. Acorn bases their shipping charges on the price of the item and they don't offer free shipping no matter how much you buy. I knew that the price of shipping this jacket was way more than it would actually cost to ship a lightweight item and that did not sit well with me. However, we did eventually see a promotion for free shipping so we decided to give the catalog a try, just once, because we were so in love with the item. The timeline for the delivery of the item was quick. When we opened the package I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the jacket. It was a really, really nice piece. The material was so soft and silky. The construction and workmanship was excellent. It fit true to size and was absolutely perfect in every way. My family member was very pleased as it was exactly what they had been looking for. We only had one experience with this company so far and we didn't have any issues with the order and didn't have to deal with customers service or returns. I also didn't place the order during the winter holiday season so I can't comment on what that may have been like. However, the quality of the merchandise exceeded my expectations. It ended up being worth the gamble. Thumbs down for outsourcing customer service Thumbs down for not having free shipping at a certain price point Thumbs up for shipping the item quickly Thumbs up for offering a free shipping promo (just saw another one for 7/4 and my current catalog offers a code for free shipping for orders over $99) Thumbs up for the quality of the product Thumbs up for product offerings (there's some cool stuff in this catalog)”

“Delivered to here for TSC. Very nice place and employees. Kinda tight when backing in if trucks are parked across from you though. Arrived night prior and parked on site with no problems. Deliveries for TSC unload at docks 2 and 3. Checked in at 7am and was put in a dock right away.”
