“Get the weekly specials! We drive from North Canton for the specials. Worth the drive for the great service we get every time. Also, get a pound or more of the Cajun turkey breast from the deli ? you may have to buy a garage freezer for all the deals you get! Guys, please don't ever close!”

“Such a nice organized fresh food experience. Feels like part Whole Foods, part Amish market/bakery, and there is a restaurant with nice soup and salad bar! We have stopped in just to eat at the restaurant before. Also they have the best kid toy aisle of any grocery”

“First time ever being to this store. They have a nice selection of food as well as household items the Deli/fresh meat, and fish section was really nice I was surprised to see a fish tank that had live fresh lobster to choose from the prices are in the normal range for most of the things they sell yet some things were kinda pricey so we had to go to another store to get the rest of what was on our list.”

“Cute little market. Passing through Zoar and stopped in for some essentials I needed for dinner that evening and some extras. They had everything I needed and saved me a trip to the larger grocery stores. I was able to grab buns, fresh tomatoes, and some trail bologna. The gentleman ringing me up was very personable and gave me the impression that this was a place that everyone knows everyone if you are a regular. Will try to return more often when passing through.”

“I was expecting to see a fellow Australian brother but instead all I got was a lousy alligator. Great Yams by way. Make sure to ask for Sam who sells the large Hams.”

“Nice country market. There isn’t a wide selection of items however, I am confident you’ll like browsing even if you don’t purchase anything. I heard the cheeses are superb. I don’t eat cheeses so I’ll take others word for it.”

“Nice small town grocery store , we have been looking for Wild Mikes pizza in our area for almost 2 years and we decided to stop here for a bag of chips and to our surprise and delight they had a bunch of wild mikes pizza , we have written the company trying to get them and we finally have a place to go”

“Not a new Dollar General. It has everything you could need at a good price. The employees all are wearing masks and there are masks at the door should you walk in with out one.”

“Love this sauce. The marinara is my favorite. Spaghetti is my favorite meal and I have tried every brand of sauce; no other compares. Even the more expensive brands are no competition .”

“Nice store. Usually has what I want. The one thing I don't care for is that you have to pass right through the liquor department to get to literally anywhere in the store.”

“Usually has everything I need. Good looking produce department. Overall store is middle of the road priced. Not as cheap as SaveaLot in Uhrichsville but not as expensive as Buehlers in New Philadelphia.”

“If there was an AA for DG I would be first in line! I love Dollar general and in there several days a week. They have a great app with a lot of smart coupons that is very easy to use and this store specifically is always very well stocked, built in a very convenient area with lots of parking and an easy way to get in and out. I've never had a bad experience with any of the employees here who always seem to be smiling and laughing and genuinely liking their job. That is hard to find in customer service nowadays. Update-2022-Still get a friendly smile and a "Hello" or some sort of friendly greeting when entering the store. Very clean and organized. Always in and out if in a hurry or offered help if just looking around. Still my favorite store for everything!”

“Dollar General in Bolivar, Ohio - I went in for container soil today. Ashley put 2 bags in my cart for me since I could not physically get them from the bottom shelf due to my mobility issues. Then she met me at the checkout so she could also help me get them into my vehicle. She made it easy on me and I appreciate this greatly. She went above and beyond for me, in my opinion. I don’t even think she knew I had mobility issues. I asked her for help and she just helped. No problem! No hesitation! Just action!I have never had any issues with staff at this location. I am glad of that!”

“I shop here almost every day since we don't have a car and live within a quarter mile. I'm really going to miss all the cashiers headed to college, especially Makiah.Customer service is hit or miss depending on the day, but the certain regulars are amazing to deal with. A lot of the new staff haven't had enough experience in customer service yet, but they seem willing and able to learn. The food selection varies depending on what time of year you go in, as they can't stock the same way Walmart does for lack of room, but that is the novelty of shopping at your hometown drugstore. They have a little of everything but they are first and foremost a pharmacy. The pharmacy is fast and easy to navigate, and the gentleman who gave my COVID-19 vaccine was phenomenal. The ladies in the pharmacy are efficient and always smiling (my daughter likes to stare and wave from her stroller). The young lady with the Shirley Temple curls is probably my favorite person, because she always knows exactly what I am there for even though I pick up for three people.I only gave four stars, though, because sometimes I find expired products, even a whole package of moldy strawberries in the produce section. The staff seemed appalled that I didn't bring it to them even though we have mold allergies in my home.”

“Great place. Lots of products. Good prices. But they don't pay their employees nothing. $8.60 an hour. A manager makes $11.00. This is not right. Thay should have a boycott against them.”

“Always friendly and fast service. Always fresh deli meat and cheese. Decent prices, not crowded. They've never let me down. Say hi and support small businesses.”

“The service is good, they're polite and helpful. I needed to stop in and get some medicine for possible Lyme disease. It hasn't been cold enough to kill the ticks yet.”

“We had a family reunion in Tippacanoe, and we decided to order sandwiches and cookies to take to share. Monica was wonderful to work with in making our sandwich trays. Her personality is amazing...very caring and helpful. Larry is the baker that made our cookie trays, and they were delicious. Thank you Monica, deli and Larry, bakery.”

“I waited 5 hours before going to the pharmacy to collect my prescription which is sent over electronically from my doctor's office and they tell me it isn't ready yet, it will be an hour. Are you kidding me? 6 hours to fill a prescription? I am going in the morning to get it. Let's hope that give them enough time.Update: prescription was ready and the pharmacist was very pleasant. Thank you”
