“What a refreshing and easy experience renting a car through Alamo. I’ve had a horrendous experience in the past renting a car through Budget at the Cleveland airport but this most recent experience couldn’t be any further from that. Tee was welcoming, kind, and friendly. He even helped carry the bags out to the car and load them. In the past, I’ve been given car seats, which seemed like an afterthought but with Alamo, the car seats came wrapped and clean. Tee even verified that my kiddos were the right size for the ones they had. That’s above and beyond. Way to go Alamo and Tee, you have a returning customer.”

“My experience with Enterprise was a tale of two locations. Initially, I was assigned a vehicle that had an odor and did not meet expectations. Fortunately, the team provided a replacement that I was very happy with.
I found the service at the Westlake, Ohio branch to be consistently unhelpful and dismissive; they frequently redirected me to the North Olmsted location instead of assisting me directly. In contrast, the staff at North Olmsted were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful.”

“The owner was a gentleman- I got the van rental with no problem. The van was clean- no hidden charges after my final receipt posted. Very easy transaction. I noticed in their office they have a dump trailer, skid steer, car and trailers for rent. For such a reasonable price too- that is an asset every community needs. Very considerate to your neighbors to offer these services and keep the cost affordable. I’ll be back! Thank you!”
“Took 16ft truck from Ohio to Texas. Avg 10mpg. Truck was comfortable with good AC. Tires were good. Top speed set about 77 but you don't need to go faster in that kind of truck anyway. Just beware of that limit when passing other trucks or you'll upset the four-wheeler behind you. LOL. It will teach you to have patience with the big-rigs.”

“Great Hertz location. I dropped off my car and the nicest lady named Cleo asked if I would like a ride to the airport. She was so nice and had amazing energy. I’m so grateful she asked because the one reason I am not giving this place a 5 star is because of the shuttle bus situation which needs to be fixed. The line to wait for a bus to and from the car rental is unacceptable. Thank you to Cleo she is the best!”
