Also, Jeff at the register was so friendly and kind, talking with us about Re-Animator while we were checking out. He also helped my spouse with ordering some clothes the store didn't have their size in. We will be back:)”

“Store organized and friendly The store had a huge selection and was well marked. Even the fitting rooms were open. I always feel like I have better luck and prices ordering online. So after walking around and trying on items I left empty handed. I will say the return process when ordering online and returning in store is very easy.”
“Not from OHIO and I wanted to get Browns apparel. My buddy from here said to go to the Browns stadium and go to the pro shop. Very lack luster and very limited sizes. Then I found this place!! Very nice shop and had everything I wanted! Great selection and many sizes to pick from. Would definitely recommend this shop to My Browns Backers.”

“Colleen & Ant were very helpful. Colleen got a dope personality and is super chill and kind and made my day because they had my favorite shoes!!!! Ant was so impressive...he scaled an entire section of shoes and searched high and low for eons to find me not just 1 but 2 of my favorite pair of shoes as I stood there astonished in disbelief and gratitude...never seen such a manly man in my life. “Went to look for prom dresses….C/O24 and of course it’s crowded which is fine. Daughter picked out what she wanted to try on, went to dressing room. GLITTER EVERYWHERE!!! I tried to tell the sales woman however she wasn’t to be found. Then there was a girl at the counter but she was very slow and line was really long. Idk why there was so much glitter in there. We left with glitter all over us. Clothes aren’t my taste for a young girl but they like it.”

What? Gave great service, very calm energy, very helpful (guy does a great step-by-step), absolutely crushed the ‘teachable moment’, made my in and out a true in and out. His customer centered care/focus was great, no excessive high energy and forced smiles and rushing. He is who people like me (prefer online shopping to avoid people) need in stores that are frequented by people while we’re there. (The audacity! As if people can’t just stay in when I decide to come out into society. Lmao)
Why? Idk why Jake is the poster child for an introverts preferred in-store experience facilitator but he is.

“me and my friend had some issues today at this store. we found some cute clothes and we were gonna try them on , but then the worker that was at the dressing rooms to let you in, was so fine and we had to put the clothes back and leave. so please just hire more ugly people or average looking people.”
“I visited this store not once but twice today because of the friendly, helpful, and supportive staff AND the amazing deals. I had such a great experience and was able to get a lot of really cute clothes and save money!! I want to specifically point out Bri, she is awesome! Very down to earth and real, she helped me pick out most of what I bought and find every size I needed!! This store was very clean and organized as well! “Freddie had some of the best customer service I have ever seen while shopping at abercrombie and fitch. I came in with multiple questions, both how to exchange an item and what he would recommend getting my brother as a gift, and he helped me through the whole process for both inquiries. Even when browsing on my own, I had multiple associates come up and ask if I was doing alright. Will definitely be shopping at this abercrombie location more often!”
