Also, Jeff at the register was so friendly and kind, talking with us about Re-Animator while we were checking out. He also helped my spouse with ordering some clothes the store didn't have their size in. We will be back:)”

“Went to look for prom dresses….C/O24 and of course it’s crowded which is fine. Daughter picked out what she wanted to try on, went to dressing room. GLITTER EVERYWHERE!!! I tried to tell the sales woman however she wasn’t to be found. Then there was a girl at the counter but she was very slow and line was really long. Idk why there was so much glitter in there. We left with glitter all over us. Clothes aren’t my taste for a young girl but they like it.”

What? Gave great service, very calm energy, very helpful (guy does a great step-by-step), absolutely crushed the ‘teachable moment’, made my in and out a true in and out. His customer centered care/focus was great, no excessive high energy and forced smiles and rushing. He is who people like me (prefer online shopping to avoid people) need in stores that are frequented by people while we’re there. (The audacity! As if people can’t just stay in when I decide to come out into society. Lmao)
Why? Idk why Jake is the poster child for an introverts preferred in-store experience facilitator but he is.

“I visited this store not once but twice today because of the friendly, helpful, and supportive staff AND the amazing deals. I had such a great experience and was able to get a lot of really cute clothes and save money!! I want to specifically point out Bri, she is awesome! Very down to earth and real, she helped me pick out most of what I bought and find every size I needed!! This store was very clean and organized as well! Overall great experience 10/10 would highly recommend!”

“Freddie had some of the best customer service I have ever seen while shopping at abercrombie and fitch. I came in with multiple questions, both how to exchange an item and what he would recommend getting my brother as a gift, and he helped me through the whole process for both inquiries. Even when browsing on my own, I had multiple associates come up and ask if I was doing alright. Will definitely be shopping at this abercrombie location more often!”
