“I am not a t mobile customer anymore, but I need to write this for a specific gentleman named julio at this location. I came in for an issue that I has been charged for a line for the last three months.I didn't know about. He could have sent me away and sent me to an experience store because they only get commission here and don't typically help with customer service related issues. He took the time out of his day to help call sales support.Got the lineI didn't know about canceled and refunded for the charges.
