“My husband and I had been instructed to report to the nearest AT@T Corporate store, which for us, was the Strongsville location, to resolve an issue.
We returned two cellphones, which were never activated and received an email stating we owed $700+ and when we called Customer Service we were notified they could not assist and stated we need to seek assistance at a corporate store location.
We arrived at the Strongsville location late this morning and sat down with Cristaly Martinez, Strongsville site Store Manager. We explained the backstory and timeline to Ms. Martinez who listened patiently and was diligent gathering information. Her professionalism is truly a credit to AT@T. She handled our concerns in a positive manner and successfully resolved our issue, which was a bit complex due to an error by the AT&T device return location in Dallas, TX which resulted in an erroroneous billing.
We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Martinez for her outstanding customer service. It is because of this positive experience and successful resolution facilitated by Ms. Martinez that we continue to remain AT&T customers (recently switched from Verizon, after 21 years, in December 2025).”

I came in for an issue that I has been charged for a line for the last three months.I didn't know about. He could have sent me away and sent me to an experience store because they only get commission here and don't typically help with customer service related issues. He took the time out of his day to help call sales support.Got the lineI didn't know about canceled and refunded for the charges. “I love going here. This is for sure a one stop shop. The fact that you can get cheap groceries, household items, and clothes in one spot makes it the place to go. The front isles always have seasonal items for convenience so you don't have to search all over for them. Around Christmas the lines can get crazy, but I was lucky to find a line that was short. They were actually staffed perfectly to where almost every cashier line was open which is normally challenging with covid and lack of staff everywhere.”
