The parking lot is manageable, and the store is easily located .
There are plenty of shoes ? ? to choose from.
From slip on to the old-fashioned tie-up shoes with laces.
Staff is watching ? to help you and will let you know to just let them know when you need them. Otherwise, they will leave you be.
Shoes are fresh ?, treat yourself to some fresh kicks, and your feet deserve to be comfortable.
They are always having a sale, so ? your money ? goes far.”
“It was finally time to purchase another pair of work boots after my current pair began to wear out. I had a good experience when purchasing my last pair of redwings which lasted me years and wanted to return again to this same location. They still hold up their high standards I remembered them for. Tyler was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with helping me find the perfect pair for me. 10/10 I will always recommend redwing to anyone for their great products alone but the customer service is always above and beyond. I appreciate this greatly as I’m also in a service industry. Most places are never this friendly nowadays so it’s great to have these types of experiences.”

“So I came in to Shoe Depot and I really had no expectations. I didn’t know what I wanted. I asked for help from any worker, and I was disappointed that who came over was a kid who looked like he was anywhere from 11-16. What I didn’t know is that the guy, his name was Dominic, was very knowledgeable in the shoe department. I gave him my interests, and he picked out the best shoe possible. It was very affordable and I have worn them a few times and it’s the best shoe in the world. Thanks Dominic! Will return soon!”

“Sales clerk was very friendly and extremely good with my granddaughter. Only problem which is a huge one she did not fit her correctly and we are stuck with shoes that are way to big. She had wore the shoes for four days before we realized the fit was wrong, now they can't be returned. It was a waste.of money which was expensive for a baby shoe anyways.”
“Me along with several other parents allowed our graduating 8th graders to attend the mall together (for such a great year and new marking in life) although we were all skeptical (aka terrified). However, when I asked my son how was his adventure, we’re they being “profiled” or anything and he said no. He said that the staff in Journeys was actually the best and they were very helpful and understanding of them just being children enjoying their independence. I would like to thank the staff that where there during the day of 5/27/2023! You all may my day giving these kids a great experience! They also enjoy their very stylish crocs!”

“I don't really understand all the hate for this place. I thought it was fine. They evaluated my stuff in like 15 minutes. Not bad. Expectations were low based on all the reviews here.
I brought in two bags of stuff and got $56 for 15 items. Obviously it'd have been nice to unload more of it and get more for it, but considering this stuff was just sitting around not being used, something is better than nothing.
No one was rude to me, either. Were they super bubbly and all smiley? No, but they were polite and treated me fairly.
I was a little surprised they didn't take certain items when I got back home. Other stuff, I was pleasantly surprised they took.
I was also browsing and noticed a couple items I liked. So all in all, I'd definitely go back at some point.”
