The outdoor firepit was a huge hit, creating a perfect ambiance for evening relaxation. Our room was generously sized and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The spacious common area was ideal for entertainment; we enjoyed watching golf and football, and even hosted a pizza party for the kids. “This place maintains their reputation. The only few things I can't give a 5 star is because their beds sunk in (maybe need to turn the foot end to the head end) and the floor had food particles. I asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the whole room and then lint roll to make sure there wasn't any pet hair. The bathroom smelled like someone went #2 and I'm thinking the air vent near the mirror is connected to another room. I ended up spraying my own made linen spray to stop the smell. The room was clean and Julie or Julia did great cleaning, just missed vacuuming.
The front desk service was excellent!

“The breakfast was over ran Sunday morning not enough places to sit a lot of items in the area needed restocked ie coffee cups and utensils. The spoon is so big you can't eat yogurt with it which i know is odd comment but come on. This is an upper end hotel. Also charge 5 dollars for parking, not sure what that covered.”

“Kudos to the front staff for assisting in resolving a billing issue. The hotel was very crowded due to a sporting event, so the I was in a room that was simply too loud. The associate tried to provide me a different room, it just wasn't going to work. A credit was worked through, and would recommend this property

“The location was perfect to musicians playing at the venues that are in short walking distance of Candlewood. My reservation had become complicated due to third party reservations. The manager helped me get it straitened out quickly and promptly and made it right ! The room was clean and the service was great. Thank you !”

“Great location, furniture seems a bit worn, but my room (412) was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Liz at the front desk helped to resolve a minor issue with my reservation. She was very pleasant and attentive with other guests.I’ll update this review when I check out in a couple of days.
8/27/25: checking out today. I didn’t get a chance to dine at the hotel restaurant but my expectations were met at this hotel. Liz was very patient , pleasant,courteous, and professional . Will definitely be back. Thank you.”

“The first day here was a bit rocky. The elevator wouldn't go to the lobby we had to walk from the 2nd floor down. Not a big deal for me, but a serious issue for handicapped individuals.

We also didn't have hot water until the next day. They did fix it promptly though and it was scalding hot so that's great!

I'm mostly reviewing because Matt at the front desk was exceptional. He accommodated all of our needs no questions asked with a great attitude. Matt is a valuable asset to your company.

Otherwise, nice rooms and great Air Conditioning to keep you comfortable and avoid the muggy summer air. Thanks!”

“We were apprehensive, but the location to the Endoscopy Center sold us. The room was clean, staff was helpful, and efficient. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles etc. We had everything we needed in the room. Tim Hortons and Subway are within walking distance”
