“I hot take is people want cheap copies/printing and 5 star service. Those desires are at odds. I wanted color prints for an overachieving Flat Stanly project. My spouse made the pdf 90mb. This made self service a no go. The team helped me out, even though things looks bonkers busy.Yes, I had to pay more than just copies; but I got what I wanted and people's time isn't free. Could have saved about 50% had I trusted my gut and shrunk that pdf ahead of time.I think Jay helped me and a managery person was there trying to push through the chaos.”

“This review is late, I am sorry I was busy traveling during this interaction and meant to do so, but I just saw the receipt and remembered I wanted to write a review. Traveling from Florida to Ohio to West Virginia for a celebration of life and needed to get some things printed last minute. Chuan first helped me while I was still in Florida over the phone and then I arrived unannounced and Chuan saved the day by getting all of my materials printed in an expedient matter and we were able to pass them out at the Celebration of Life. I do not need printing services on a regular basis so I was unfamiliar with all the procedures and the how-tos. But thankfully, Chuan was
