“First time at the store, Lee greeted me and asked how he could me. I was here just to pay me bill. Lee help me at the kiosk. When I was done Lee asked if there was anything else. We looked at different case for my phone. I told Lee I need to lower my cost. Lee and his Manager Jim help me though to get a lower rate. The Monroe St store is incredible and I will be going back”
“Wanted to give a shot out to Jordan and Ennis. Their customer service and knowledge had my questions and problem solved so quick I was gone in less then 10 minutes. They worked together as a team. One logging in to my account and the other fixing my phone at the same time. I've been to other stores and because I bought my phone online no one was ever able to help me and the staff were always rude. I came into this store thinking I was going to deal with the same treatment but as soon I walked into the door I was treated with respect. Jordan and Ennis deserve a huge pat on the back and thank you. It's been 2 days since my phone was fixed and it works the best it has in the 2 months since I bought it. Thank you again.”

“I've had cricket wireless for a number years now and I am very happy with their service. I was disappointed that when I recently talked to several representatives of cricket about the emergency broadband benefit, none seem to be able to help me. Even though their website promotes it. This has been going on for weeks and I just think if they're offering that benefit that the representatives should be more informed about it. That disappointed and frustrated me to the point of wanting to switch companies.”

“Every employee at this location went above and beyond to help me with switching over to a new plan, purchasing a couple new devices, setting me up with WiFi, and fixing a technical issue today. I left after making my purchase and had to come back right at closing time because I was having some problems with my new phone number. When I came back right before close they treated me with the same warm, friendly, and helpful experience as when I walked in the door earlier in the day. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will not go to another T-Mobile location for any problems or future purchases in the future. Jon-Luke and Ray were the gentlemen that helped me primarily with the first visit and I couldn’t remember the third employee who was equally as welcoming and helpful. I was very impressed with my experience today.”
