“I go 20 minutes out of my way to use this UPS store because the service is so good! Especially compared to the other local UPS stores, which have different ownership. Every time I have come, either to drop off packages or mail something, I am greeted and treated with friendliness and respect. Even when the line is long, they move through efficiently.”

“Top notch service and very reasonably priced. I've imported two larger items from China by sea into the US. The first time I didn't use a customs broker mostly out of ignorance. I got through it but it was pretty confusing at times. This time I knew the value of a broker and used TWS, I was very glad I did. When it was all said and done their charges were $150 more then without a broker and it saved me a two hour round trip to the customs office. There are so many random documents, filings, bonds and fees that are all very specific to this industry and then there are fines from the government if you don't have everything in order. On top of that the language barrier on the other end can also add another major layer of confusion. But Stephanie was awesome and made the process very smooth, she answered all my emails usually within minutes and phone calls along the way.”

This location is often pretty busy, because other locations drop the ball so much and these folks pick up the slack... I've never known the management and staff to be anything but friendly and helpful (even the youngsters that lack customer social service skills which is more a generational thing than anything else.)”
“The 800 number is pretty crappy! They told me my package was there and gave me the address to pick it up. We drove just over 20 minutes to get there and the customer service store/area was permanently closed? Called from the parking lot and spoke with another person. Nothing they didn't know. Scott. My package came on a Monday. Then they sent me again there on Tuesday. And then again on Wednesday. But the store manager at this location he was absolutely amazing! Okay, he physically called me. Come on Monday afternoon around 4:30 p.m. instead I found your package. I'm so sorry it was lost! That was great! I'm sorry I don't remember your name but I think it was something .. ?.”
