They'll refer you down to plates where they'll inspect what's left, probably picking more items. Then you run to the other plato's closet and have them pick through it. Then stop and drop the rest off at goodwill. But I've never once felt silly or stupid once I got in there. Ladies are fantastically professional and will have an answer for every question.....”

“I went in Shi last weekend looking for a pair of boots for my daughter. They have a really nice selection of footwear, but my daughter is real picky and only found one pair she liked. And of course they didn't have her size. The young lady helping us offered to order it but we needed to try the shoe on first. She did try to accommodate us and I appreciate that. Five stars for customer service on that day.”

Often good shoes are kinda ugly??♀️ yet at Clark’s you will find some great shoes that are cute and stylish.Clark’s has plenty of flats, slides, and Mary Jane shoes for a night out or work/everyday shoes. They have a large selection of shoes yet be ready to pay on average $100 bucks a pair.Staff was super friendly and the mall has plenty of ?️”

“I have happy feet - after going to Foot Solutions. Lisa is a Shoe Whisperer - or maybe a Foot Whisperer. She found comfortable *stylish* fun shoes, while she took care of all my foot issues - some I didn't know I had. One foot almost a size bigger than the other? No problem! Wide feet? No problem! Need arch support? Now I've got it! A painful toe, curling under? Here - a $10 soft small comfortable thing to put under the toes. I would never have been able to find these wonderful pairs of shoes, and 2 different kinds of orthotics, without Lisa's help. She really understands feet, shoes - and people! I will never again try to buy shoes online and merely hope to make them fit.”

“I was driving down from Michigan to judge a singing competition in Indianapolis this weekend when my wife called and said, " Paul, you forgot your shoes." She told me to find the nearest DSW location and I did and I'm glad I found this one. Shayla, who worked the register and price checked a pair of shoes for me, was wonderful as was Shayana who was so genuine in how she greeted me when I came in the door. And Sarah was there stalking the shelves and making everything look amazing. Thank you DSW!”

“I always talk to the three managers whose names are Bri, Noah, and Casey. The one who dresses up in a lot of fun cosplay characters, Casey, inspired me to do bounding closet cosplays (partially bc I can’t afford real deal costumes for cosplays and such without spending 100 bucks and a billion Pennie’s lol), and Bri suggested socks for my shoes ? While I bought shoes from the Journeys Kids store which is pretty much the same thing just for kids and those with small feet like me (although you can find smaller sized shoes anywhere), Noah measured my feet carefully and accurately to a lovely size 2 in kids. Thank goodness for journeys definitely gonna keep coming back ?”

“I needed red shoes for work. I found a pair of Sketchers that I liked so much, and the price was so good, I bought 2 more red pairs plus a white, navy, and black pair. For 6 pairs of super comfortable machine washable shoes, I paid under $180.00!!! Realistically, don't expect a deal like that every day, but when you see it, grab it! My feet haven't been so happy in a long time. The clerks were really helpful and friendly. I won't need new shoes for a while, but my family will, and we will definitely return.”

“On Saturday, 9/9/23, I had a marvelous experience @ Dave's Running in Sylvania. I walked in @ 5:45 pm. I wasn't sure I would be able to get new shoes, especially since they close at 6 pm and the store was very busy. However, Ryan reassured me he would find me new shoes. My current shoes were causing me great pain. He watched me walk and heard my concerns about what I needed in a shoe. He definitely delivered! Hands down, it was the best experience I have had @ Dave's. I have shopped Dave's exclusively for many years & I have always had a good experience, but this trip was the best experience ever! It should be noted Ryan's other gig is teaching! He is a keeper!”
