I was gifted a pair of Birkenstocks for Christmas, but they were the wrong size. I went back to exchange the size without a receipt and had no issues. I went to wear them a few weeks later and realized that there were two left feet and returned to the store. The staff were extremely understanding, friendly, and helpful.
