Dr. Pifer and his team are truly amazing. They are realistic and empathetic. They always get my babies thoroughly taken care of.
They usually have a pretty booked schedule, but whenever an emergency arises, they are great about getting my furry ones in right away for help.

“We had an emergency with our 2-year-old cat, Neela, on Saturday. Our regular vet was closed, and the emergency clinic wasn’t open yet. After calling several local offices, this one was the only place willing to see us — and I’m so glad they did!
They got us in right away, and the visit was much more affordable than an emergency clinic. Dr. Emily was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything she found. She even addressed another health issue that our regular vet had never offered treatment options for. The vet tech was just as wonderful — attentive, knowledgeable, and so caring toward both Neela and us.
Because of this experience, we’re switching all of our pets’ care to this office permanently. I can’t recommend them enough!”

“My dog Bella has a bleeding disorder. We woke up the other morning and her stomach was very bruised. We took her in to VCA Sylvania. They ran tests and found out my 5 year old pitbull has a bleeding disorder. Thank you so much to the team for all they did!!!”

“Today we had to send our girl to the Rainbow Bridge. I can honestly say that this facility treated us with kindness, compassion, and respect. When I called to make the appointment, Wendy was very sympathetic to me, listened to me and all of my concerns. She gave me multiple choices and we went with the private cremation. The staff were all so very kind. When and if we decide to get another furbaby we will definitely be coming here. I was impressed by their professionalism and care.
Edited to add photos, today I picked up our girl's cremains, I was surprised to find a beautiful box with her name on it, he paw prints and an ornaments. I cannot express how much I am impressed by the kindness.”
