“Again, nothing but a positive experience. I submitted an order late on Thursday night and made an obvious error on a size. They were calling me first thing Friday morning to confirm/correct. Customized embroidered items included and they arrived at my house on the next Wednesday with the standard shipping. I'm pretty sure nobody beats their customer service.”
“We went looking for two swing sets, one for at our house and one for at our daughters and after taking our 2-year-old grandson and him trying out all kinds of swing sets we went with the tundra combo and the Apollo 2. I would recommend this place. The salesman was very friendly and helpful and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. Fast forward to 2 weeks and they are both up in our yards already.”
“Well trained staff. The computer does not retain customer details, so if you need a new arrow, you have to bring in either your bow or an old arrow. It's a small inconvenience, but it is significant if you just happen to be driving by and realize you need to buy some more... and don't know your draw length or arrow length, etc. Staff are very helpful.”
“Somewhat new to darts and needed to upgrade to a quality set of darts. Crystal was awesome and spent a lot of time describing pros and cons to several sets. Had me throw many of them (while giving me some important coaching tips on my form). Found a set that matched my throwing style and I have been very pleased with them. Great store and service. “I have purchased many beanbag chairs in the past my daughter and my son both have extremely large beanbag chairs. We have a 4 foot a 6 foot and an 8 foot purchased from Amazon. I wish we would have purchased it from ultimate sack to begin with. I have purchased several covers because the ones that we had were always very poor quality. I recently purchased from ultimate sack and we could not be happier with our purchase. They are durable extremely soft. The zippers will definitely last and not break. The colors are bright and the field is amazing. My kids are happy and so am I.”
