“Excellent, the guy working at the counter went out of his way to find the tee shirts my little girl wanted. When she told him she already had the shirts he showed her, he went to the front and found her shirts he hadn’t put out yet. We really appreciate him for doing that. He went above and beyond to find her Sleep Token and Ghost band shirts for her.”

“This review should be 6 ⭐️, but they only gave me 5. Scott and team are phenomenal. I have been purchasing dress and casual clothes at Ticknors for almost 20 years. I don’t normally go to the mall, but when I do it’s to see Scott at Ticknors. There is no better place to go to get a suit or dress clothes. The attention to detail and customer service is top shelf. The selection is with the times and top quality. Scott is the owner and is there almost every day. He takes pride in his craft and is proud of the products and service he provides and represents. There are many other Ticknors in OH, PA, NC but I would argue this is the best one. Support a solid local business and go see Scott and his team. PS: for my son’s wedding we trusted no one else but Ticknors for our suits.”

“It started with a pair of over the knee high heel boots I saw in the window of store 39. They immediately found my size -- perfect, adorable, comfortable, sexy. But then I needed an outfit, and I had no idea where to start. That's were Mya took over for me. I gave her absolutely nothing to go off of really. She asked about the event (I readily admit I was vague -- runway show with corporate mingling). I gave her my sizes. She asked what styles I liked and could wear, and my answer was anything and everything. I don't think I could have made it more difficult. Here's the impressive part. Everything she brought me I loved. EVERYTHING! Did I need a different size? She had it in no time. When I asked her what she thought, she was honest and gave great critiques. How should I wear this skirt? Mya had an answer. What color should I pair this with? Here's another top to try. All I really went in for was that pair of boots. I walked out with five skirts, two tops, three body suits, and that gorgeous pair of boots. I have never had such excellent service at any clothing store. She picked literally every piece I purchased. And I have never been that impressed and pleased with someone's taste. Mya was amazing! I am without question going back to this store again. If Mya is there, I will walk out with more than I expected and be damn pleased about it!”

“Trendy store. Lots of goodies for the teens and up(20,30,40's). I went to look for a pair of house slippers since I needed a pair for an overnight trip. Found a pair of lavender slippers that fit the bill. Try them out no matter your age. Lots of African American Inspired tshirts. Loved the designs.”
