When she told him she already had the shirts he showed her, he went to the front and found her shirts he hadn’t put out yet. We really appreciate him for doing that. “I came in to purchase a pan that, according to Internet, was in stock (8) at Franklin Park location. Surprise! Not a one. Employee working on stock in section said they don't carry the product without even checking tablet or stock.”
“This review should be 6 ⭐️, but they only gave me 5. Scott and team are phenomenal. I have been purchasing dress and casual clothes at Ticknors for almost 20 years. I don’t normally go to the mall, but when I do it’s to see Scott at Ticknors. There is no better place to go to get a suit or dress clothes. The attention to detail and customer service is top shelf. The selection is with the times and top quality. Scott is the owner and is there almost every day. He takes pride in his craft and is proud of the products and service he provides and represents. There are many other Ticknors in OH, PA, NC but I would argue this is the best one. Support a solid local business and go see Scott and his team. PS: for my son’s wedding we trusted no one else but Ticknors for our suits.”

“I have been shopping at JCPenney for years. I recently moved to Ohio and visited the Fallen Timbers store on Saturday, 9/6. I was greeted upon arrival and even during my shopping was asked by an associate if I was finding everything ok. Waiting in line for checkout, I witnessed a conversation between Laura and an older gentleman who appeared to be having difficulty with a billing issue. Laura was so very patient and kind, explaining things and making sure the man understood. Afterwards, she even helped direct the man to the area of the store he needed next. It was so refreshing to see this - human kindness and great customer service. Both have been lacking in this country and it is a shame. Definitely not like it used to be. Seeing things like this is the reason I choose to shop where I shop. Please acknowledge Laura for the excellent customer service. Thank you.”

She’s clearly got a grudge against this location for another reason because you can see in the reflection, that Aeropostale has their store gate down as well. Miranda was either there before the store was open or after it closed and is upset because the store doesn’t exist for her convenience. I also work in the mall and she’s not the first person who doesn’t understand that the mall opens earlier than the actual stores for the benefit of mall walkers.
But it’s unfair to give them a 2 star review. The people here are always so helpful and so nice.”

“It started with a pair of over the knee high heel boots I saw in the window of store 39. They immediately found my size -- perfect, adorable, comfortable, sexy. But then I needed an outfit, and I had no idea where to start. That's were Mya took over for me. I gave her absolutely nothing to go off of really. She asked about the event (I readily admit I was vague -- runway show with corporate mingling). I gave her my sizes. She asked what styles I liked and could wear, and my answer was anything and everything. I don't think I could have made it more difficult. Here's the impressive part. Everything she brought me I loved. EVERYTHING! Did I need a different size? She had it in no time. When I asked her what she thought, she was honest and gave great critiques. How should I wear this skirt? Mya had an answer. What color should I pair this with? Here's another top to try. All I really went in for was that pair of boots. I walked out with five skirts, two tops, three body suits, and that gorgeous pair of boots. I have never had such excellent service at any clothing store. She picked literally every piece I purchased. And I have never been that impressed and pleased with someone's taste. Mya was amazing! I am without question going back to this store again. If Mya is there, I will walk out with more than I expected and be damn pleased about it!”

“I mostly come here to do Amazon returns. But the process is usually quick, unless there is someone ahead of me in line who has no idea what they’re doing. Occasionally I’ve heard the people at the customer service desk complaining openly about previous customers. Funny, but pretty unprofessional. You have to save those conversations for behind closed doors or when no one is around.”
