She forsure belongs in the Custmer service jobs . Her boss must be happy he finally found a hard worker poor girl is always at work .and I read threw the reviews n there is one from almost 3 weeks ago n that person who ever it is has no respect and more than likely don't even work people at so rude maybe that person needs to look in the mirror”

“The employees they have there now are very helpful the ones that were there a couple of years ago or maybe longer weren't. I used to go to the other one across town just because of it but not now. The lady working there was very helpful with my ACP credit not once but twice and about to be a third time most people would have gotten aggravated with me and not help me. But the lady there was really friendly and very helpful I've been with Cricket for 10 years and I have no complaints”

They diagnosed my damaged phone screen and the staff found that the manufacturer had note for my device that if there was an issue for the screen, that it should be replaced at no cost to the customer.I went in thinking I was going to have to pay $150+ for a new screen, but ended getting the repair done for free.The also repaired the screen in ~30min. Very happy with the experience.”

Wasn't crazy about having to switch to new phone numbers, but after that they helped get everything set up, even found an extra deal that saved us $30 for the time being. They were straight in telling us that the program they found that saved us $30 would remain as long as there were funds for it. Definitely recommend.”
