“I had a really good experience at Cell Phone Doctor in Fairfield I went there to fix my iPhone thinking it had a big problem. But the guy checked it and literally fixed it in a few seconds. I was honestly surprised.
What I liked the most is that he was very honest. He could have easily said it’s a major issue and charged me more, but he didn’t. He just fixed it straight away and explained everything clearly.
Kevin was friendly, quick, and trustworthy. Definitely a place I’ll go back to and recommend to others.”

“Brytenie is a lifesaver! My dad's phone had officially bit the dust and become a safety hazard (his battery was puffing up). He was in between pays so I decided I was going to get him a new phone. He was skeptical of this boost mobile because of an experience we had 10+ years ago, but I assured him it would be fine. It was more than fine! We walked in and Brytenie greeted us. I explained the situation to her and she went above and beyond for us. She recommended a Motarolla phone for him since that is what he's used too. She asked us about storage use, which is something I've never had anyone ask before. She did not try to upsell us or sell us anything extra she was straight to the point and got us what we needed. She helped us set up the new phone and transfer all my dad's data which he was concerned about. She was super friendly and knowledgeable and it was just such a great experience. I cannot thank her enough for making this experience seamless and easy for us. Not to mention the phone was way cheaper than I had expected which helped a lot. She got us the phone and a case and we are now more than satisfied. Thanks so much Brytenie!!”

She also helped me get a new phone ( which I love ) and she was also able to get me a great deal on adding and buying a iPad to my account!
