“The customer service is great at the store I do not know what the customer service is like through the corporation but the store is great for me that's a big deal I will travel to where the service is good make the trip no matter where you're at in the area and you'll be happy you did”

“I had a really good experience at Cell Phone Doctor in Fairfield I went there to fix my iPhone thinking it had a big problem. But the guy checked it and literally fixed it in a few seconds. I was honestly surprised.
What I liked the most is that he was very honest. He could have easily said it’s a major issue and charged me more, but he didn’t. He just fixed it straight away and explained everything clearly.
Kevin was friendly, quick, and trustworthy. Definitely a place I’ll go back to and recommend to others.”

“The employees they have there now are very helpful the ones that were there a couple of years ago or maybe longer weren't. I used to go to the other one across town just because of it but not now. The lady working there was very helpful with my ACP credit not once but twice and about to be a third time most people would have gotten aggravated with me and not help me. But the lady there was really friendly and very helpful I've been with Cricket for 10 years and I have no complaints”

Wasn't crazy about having to switch to new phone numbers, but after that they helped get everything set up, even found an extra deal that saved us $30 for the time being. They were straight in telling us that the program they found that saved us $30 would remain as long as there were funds for it. Definitely recommend.”
