“The customer service is great at the store I do not know what the customer service is like through the corporation but the store is great for me that's a big deal I will travel to where the service is good make the trip no matter where you're at in the area and you'll be happy you did”

“I got my husbands phone fixed here. It was affordable and didn’t take long. It looks great. They were very good with communication and called me whenever they needed me. It’s super close to my house and the staff are very respectable”
“So my family and I had been shopping around for new phones and a home internet for an affordable price. After not having any luck with the other service providers, we stopped into the metro store. Jake greeted us, and after expressing our wants, needs, and budget, he got to work. Not only did he hook us up with 3 top of the line 5g devices and a home internet modem/router, he got our bill 50 dollars below our budget. Can't express the thanks! I will never go to another provider as long as Jake is with metro!”

“I came to the Cell Phone Doctor so stressed out because my phone was broke & he was very kind and patient and took his time to take my phone apart and a whole bunch of other stuff in order to fix my phone. I left a happy customer. Hopefully I can take care of my phone and not need to come back lol HOWEVER I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. I also got a new pretty phone case while I was there. “Moses was absolutely amazing and I am now a new customer with Boost Mobile bc of him. He was so nice and so helpful. It was the end of the day and the store was about to be closing and moses was only 20 mins away from getting off work for the night and I was ready to give up and he STILL went out of his way to do anything he could to help me pick a phone and get set up. “The employees they have there now are very helpful the ones that were there a couple of years ago or maybe longer weren't. I used to go to the other one across town just because of it but not now. The lady working there was very helpful with my ACP credit not once but twice and about to be a third time most people would have gotten aggravated with me and not help me. Wasn't crazy about having to switch to new phone numbers, but after that they helped get everything set up, even found an extra deal that saved us $30 for the time being. They were straight in telling us that the program they found that saved us $30 would remain as long as there were funds for it. Definitely recommend.”
