“To me they got way better stuff than Krazy bins all day!! They were crowded too! ppl was throwing stuff in they carts like crazy!! Most ppl come to buy stuff to resale it for more money! My student told me about it so I figured I checkedm out! I went Saturday morning which was there $10 day. You can get a good deal here! Saturdays is there restock day! Bins where packed! They had some good useful item still in and out of boxes. I grabbed a couple things surprisingly lol. You gotta check it out!”

“I only went in for some pop, but it was early morning so I figured I'd be nice and get the dogs some real treats, and they have a big selection of bones and filled bones some small to very large ones and some other flavored stick treats and so I had enough to buy the Birdy's some treats also a very different verity's of flavors for them to. I love shopping at Marc's and I didn't even go to the close out section!! That's a first for me, LoL ? I am one happy camper today”

“This one on Broadway and southgate is the best the one on e143 and kinsman those young girls and that one lady Mr need to go to a class on how to talk to your customers correct. If they were in a white neighborhood they would act different I spend slot of money in family dollar.and the store on e130 and buckeye those young girl don't have any respect I raised my daughter well. But family dollar is going to lose alot of business because of these kids with attitude just look in your cameras and listen to your audio. Give that job to someone who needs it thank-you”

“Loved this place since I was little bit yesterday I went in looking for a special biscotti but couldn't find it anywhere. It was one of those things Marc's only carries and I wasn't sure if they were our or it had just been moved. 2 different people helped me find it, one names Jill walked around the entire store to help me find it. It was super nice and reminded me why I love this place! Especially all of their season fun stuff!”

I don’t know if there’s not enough staff, technical issues, product problems-but when it is open, the place is a mess! Close it or secure better management! I miss shopping here!”

“I truly like this location. It's not a wreck, like most dollar trees, and it's never extremely busy. The only negative I can say is they have had the strangest cashiers I've ever encountered. They don't seem to stay long, but the last 2 years of shopping there has been interesting while checking out.”
“I normally don't go this far to a dollar stores but ive noticed that in the inner city of CLEVELAND our stores are much smaller than the heights stores and they have way more $1.25 items than us????? and they are clean and your in and out. Plus the casino is across the street. Jack you better give me some off my money back?? Great store.”
“They now have self checkout for small trips, an attendant is always ready to help should you need it. I love the closeout area, I always end up purchasing something from that area for a great price. Produce is always fresh as well as the meat department. Staff is always friendly and my shopping trip is always quick.”

“This is the cleanest most organized Dollar Tree I have ever been to. It's refreshing to shop without the clutter. The products are displayed beautifully leaving everything at your fingertips. The staff could turn up the welcoming energy a notch. I felt like I was intruding by being there as they were more wrapped up in private conversations and a little cold. However, I will say I was given a warm farewell at checkout. Hopefully it was just a bad day.”
“I was able to get the 2 things I needed, and the cashier was friendly. The only issue I had was that they were stocking and I didn't enjoy carts and boxes all over. Tomorrow could have been a full-stocked 5 star.”

“The lady by the name of Sherwyn is super friendly and helpful! I frequent this location when I visit a family member and she always remembers my name. I feel bad as she seems to work a lot due to the lack of help, hence why they have to close earlier. So no fault of their own. DG really needs to pay their employees better if they want to keep good help. Also when stores like DG mass produce and ship holiday junk each month, it’s hard to keep up. DG really needs to learn how to work on their supply chain management, because clearly it is an issue and disservice for the employees and customers.”
