“We were welcomed at the door. We were shown and told where the couches were. We were asked a couple of times if we needed any help. But left to browse. We were finally ready the salesman was very friendly very helpful answered all our questions. Even showed us another option. We know the pricing was very good. So we went ahead and ordered. Helpful about letting us know approximate delivery to the warehouse and approximate delivery to our home. He did offer us an extended warranty. We had ordered all of our cabinets from North East Factory Direct ed with the gentleman who helped us then with the design and are very happy with the quality of the cabinets we got. The price was very good also.”

“I went to see Zach with the hope he could lead me to a craftsman who did much less magnificent work than Chagrin Valley. I took my daughter's sweet little 2-tiered heart shaped table and explained that with my health issues I needed a larger 3-tiered table to be able to reach meds, Yeti, tissues, light, phone, etc. He smiled and said "we can do it...maybe 3 weeks". I cried; I had been looking for so long. My daughter's table was like she was with me after moving to Georgia, though we do talk daily. I picked the finished table up and cried again. It is beautiful. I am very appreciative and extremely grateful. Mommy and daughter together again.

“I had the most wonderful experience yesterday afternoon at the Petitti Garden Center in Bainbridge. Kristin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even though this location didn't have a particular plant I was looking for, they had plenty of beautiful alternatives to consider. I told Kristin what kind of plants I like and she proceeded to take me around the plants and point out the ones that would be ideal for what I had in mind. It was an awesome way to learn about all the plants and new varieties I had never heard of before. She has a great personality and is very well educated on plants. She knows her stuff! It was an awesome experience. I will definitely return to this location again!”
“I cannot begin to say enough good things about my experience at MOD. This past spring, I was in the market to buy a new sectional, and I had previously had good luck with Norwalk products. (Plus, it was important to me that Norwalk furniture is made right here in Ohio). Norwalk has lots of options to play with online, but I really wanted to see fabrics and sit on the pieces in person, and also talk to someone with knowledge. I located MOD as a Norwalk dealer and was blown away. Adam, in particular, was instrumental in really listening, providing fabric samples and advice, considering which layout options would work best for our space, and overall just being an excellent person to work with.
I also love their storefront and was able to purchase several smaller decor pieces that really finished off the look. If you are looking for remarkable customer service and just genuinely nice people, along with great products - look no further than MOD in downtown Hudson.”

We've lived in the falls for a very long time and never came in until about 2 weeks ago. 4 visits later with the most helpful friendliest sales staff you'll ever see (hi Joe and Tiffany!) we bought a new dining room set and all new furniture for our living room. We couldn't be happier. We'll have to find reasons to go back!”

“I had a fantastic experience with this rental company during my recent trip to Cleveland. I was in town for a week to undergo surgery and begin my initial recovery, and they made the process incredibly smooth.
They arranged to deliver a recliner to my hotel, timed perfectly for shortly after I checked in. The team handled the setup efficiently and worked with us to schedule a convenient pickup before checkout.
Every person I interacted with—both on the phone and in person—was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. The delivery and pickup crew were especially great.

“The Great Escape has expensive products, but they are worth it. It is nice to have the items on display so you can see the quality and try out the furniture. We have purchased all of our deck furniture and umbrellas from the Macedonia store and they look just as beautiful today as they did when we purchased them over a decade ago. To make our lives even easier, the store has our entire purchase history and they were able to sell us additional items of the exact same quality because they knew what we had purchased back in 2013.
