“I had an amazing experience today with Vicky. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me right to it . She was super kind and tailored my needs to me having a baby. I was in and out . I am super appreciative to have worked with her today. Give her a raise ! Haha”
“My experience at Mattress Firm in Macedonia was exceptional. I was greeted by Adam, the most pleasant and knowledgeable sales person you could ever meet. I told him I needed mattresses and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. He pulled out three exceptional options that were 50% off. He price matched sheets, gave me the deal of the century on the modern version of boxsprings and set up a delivery for the exact day I needed the truck to arrive in another state.
I’ve dealt with some wonderful people in my life, but Adam topped them all. The mattresses were superb, I was astonished by the quality and price. Adam then told me I had 30 days to try out my mattress and if I wanted to upgrade to a different one, the store would switch mattresses free of charge.
I can’t say enough about this place, or Adam. I can highly recommend Mattress Firm in Macedonia, no matter where you live.”
“Great customer service with no pressure. Our salesperson Natalie was courteous and listened to our requirements. She then helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We also received a personal follow up message from the owner Alex thanking us for our purchase. This is how to get our repeat business.”
“Suzanne was super helpful with my mother-in-law in picking out her new bed. I was impressed by her level of customer service and patience. Sleep Outfitters in Macedonia is recommended without reservation.”

“It was a nice place to look for a couch. Only complaint is I asked a question, they were supposed to call me back and never did.
I did see your reply. I dont think the weather is an excuse for not responding. Its been over a week.”
“I cannot begin to say enough good things about my experience at MOD. This past spring, I was in the market to buy a new sectional, and I had previously had good luck with Norwalk products. (Plus, it was important to me that Norwalk furniture is made right here in Ohio). Norwalk has lots of options to play with online, but I really wanted to see fabrics and sit on the pieces in person, and also talk to someone with knowledge. I located MOD as a Norwalk dealer and was blown away. Adam, in particular, was instrumental in really listening, providing fabric samples and advice, considering which layout options would work best for our space, and overall just being an excellent person to work with.
I also love their storefront and was able to purchase several smaller decor pieces that really finished off the look. If you are looking for remarkable customer service and just genuinely nice people, along with great products - look no further than MOD in downtown Hudson.”

“Absolutely gorgeous!! Beautiful place for a small event or gathering. Ambient lighting was beautiful. Landscaping was very nice. Would definitely recommend to others looking for someplace for a smaller gathering. Nice lit up parking area. Away from the main road so nice and quiet. There was also deer in the parking lot and grassy area when we went so that was really cool too.”
“I ordered a solid Teak dining table from MC furniture and it is the most beautiful piece of furniture I have ever owned! Joseph made sure the table was packed in the most optimum way to make it all the way to ALASKA! It did not even have a scratch and made it all the way across the country! I will highly recommend his store and website. The prices are right, delivery is on time and products are beautiful and solid!!”
