“Hands-down, the best pharmacy… Period! Their staff are all incredibly polite & helpful, & they routinely go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They always have my prescriptions done when promised, or earlier. And when dropping off prescriptions, I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to be filled, & occasionally, I have only had to wait five minutes. Also, they do free delivery to a huge area, including Preble county. Thank you to Reed’s pharmacy for years of great service.”

“Really like this store. Usually, it has all the items I'm looking for. I can pretty often find a handicap parking spot close to the door, and they have several battery-operated scooters to use. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean. Usually, I have no problem getting in and out pretty quickly.”

“I love their fuel center. I do all my grocery shopping at Kroger and if you have a Kroger plus card, you get points anytime when you shop with them and you use those points to save money on gas, which is SO HELPFUL, especially with gas prices being so high at the moment.”

Despite this experience, I'm giving the store 4 stars because I don't take such matters personally, especially when the person seems genuinely unhappy.”

“Test message said meds would be $65.99, took my new insurance card to pharmacy a little after 3pm today and the young lady with long brown hair, that unfortunately covered her name tag, waited on me. She was friendly as well as efficient, greeting me warmly as I walked up, entering computer info, then updating my insurance, giving me the new totals, running my credit card for 4.29 and I was on my way with the meds in less than 5 minutes. Very impressive!”
“OMG these guys did a phenomenal job. I hit a huge pothole/slashed my tire, got it towed to Sam's club, had an appointment at 11am and they had me on the road again by the afternoon. So thankful for their help!!!”

“Several months ago I asked for recommendations on pharmacies, since I was unhappy with Troy Kroger. I switched to CVS in Tipp City, and have been satisfied. But on Thursday I had a 12:30 Dr. apt, turns out I had pneumonia. On the way home, 12:59 I had a text from CVS they received 3 new scripts. I got lunch at a drive-thru. Sitting down at home to eat I received another text, scripts were ready! I called and told the pharmacy I didn't feel well, and could I pic up a box of Tylenol at the window? He said just give him 20 minutes. By 2:30 I had the Tylenol and the new scripts on board! I have never had such efficient service by a pharmacy when I really felt ill. I would have never asked Kroger to add the Tylenol. I just want to say they exceeded my expectations!”

“I've seen some negative reviews of this location. The people who work here are under the control of their corporate headquarters. They were being forced to work 7 days a week. Corporate would not allow them to hire more workers. I totally understand just how hard the people at this location work, and try to be as patient as I can as they deal with these issues. Please treat these people with respect and kindness. The way things ae going, they may not be there to serve you at all at this location.”
