He was always very helpful and friendly. He recommended Biotone fertilizer and I’ve really noticed a difference. He has gone out of his way to help me, even helping me with perennials. When I’ve asked about annuals he’s even taken the time to show me everything I need with them also! Petitti’s is lucky to have such a great employee that is interested in customer’s needs. It doesn't work anywhere. I have proof of purchase and activation receipt
Been to the store twice called Citibank and Home Depot 800 Customer Service to no avail. Complete runaround. To make it worse the customer service dept lady treated me like a criminal when I walked in. She yelled " where did you get this."
Then said right away? " there are no refunds" very rudely. So am I out S100 plus $6.95 activation fee.

“Best hardware store especially for contractors whenever picking up an order from Lowe's its always something either waiting long times for them to pull orders or they get the clients order completely wrong at Home depot I rarely ever have any problems and if there are any problems they do what they can to fix it”
