“I have been a aquarist for over 50 years. I have had a koi pond for 15. I used to get my koi at another store and was having issues with the fish I brought home. Usually a fungus/fin rot issue. It killed me. 3 or 4 years ago we started visiting Aquatic Gardens. We drive an hour and it is worth every mile. I have purchased about a dozen fish or so and every one is alive except a heron death.
These guys and gal and a small puppy ROCK! Healthy fish and the lillies we purchased have bloomed for 3 years straight.”

“I shop at this location frequently. I always rely on one person to help me, his name is David in the nursery. I have bought several different shrubs at different times. He was always very helpful and friendly. He recommended Biotone fertilizer and I’ve really noticed a difference. He has gone out of his way to help me, even helping me with perennials. When I’ve asked about annuals he’s even taken the time to show me everything I need with them also! Petitti’s is lucky to have such a great employee that is interested in customer’s needs. This is why I keep returning to Petitti’s instead of the big box stores! Keep up the great customer service!”

“Had water heater break in the middle of the night and flood basement floor. After sucking up water, I called Home Depot and they sent an installer right away with the exact water heater. Contractor installed new water heater and in a couple of hours, he was done and gone. Installation was professional and fast. Fantastic job!”

“I was a long time patron of Lowe's and still go there occasionally. This year however, during a major renovation including our kitchen, floors, walls, lighting, and first floor bath, I was led to Home Depot for one thing or another. Our experience online w deliveries as well as with staff at the Portage location has been exceptional. So excellent that we've shifted all of our preferred business to Home Depot. They are substantially better in the customer service- STAFFING- and helpfulness than Lowe's and our experience is great!”

I found a sales associate named Tony who took the time to get me what I needed and was very helpful. All the plant stock looked in great condition and well maintained.
