“My car was making a sickening noise that literally could be heard from a block away and I knew it wasn't going to be good. Unfortunately, JAM couldn't fix it because it was one of those situations where Buick won't sell the parts or tools needed to independent mechanics. Nevertheless, Jo took the time to explain the problem to me and told me what to expect in the way of pricing from the dealer. It was hard to hear, but she was so kind and sympathetic that I almost felt bad for her because I could tell how much she wanted to help and not have to turn me away. She was just great - very knowledgeable, honest and generous with her time. And she didn't even charge me for the time spent diagnosing my car. You don't find that kind of service much anymore, so I wanted to call her out and let her know how much I appreciated her. Hopefully I won't need to, but I would most definitely do business with JAM again. Highly recommend.”

They were able to save me over $70 and went over each of the 5 areas that would need attending to in the next 10k miles. In addition they gave me an estimate of each of the 5 areas separately. I've never been treated this well courteously with respect & kindness. Gabby, you are a star! Thank you! ?”

I came in with a vehicle that had been service neglected, and they diagnosed, quoted, and repaired exactly what they said they would. During disassembly, other issue(s) were discovered, and they contacted me, gave me options, and completed all the work within the specified time frame.
