I learned a lot of new information from her. She was so sweet and provided outstanding assistance while also helping to maintain the flow of additional customers coming in, without missing a beat. Would highly recommend this location because of her!”
“My girls and I stopped in yesterday afternoon for the first time ever. We were looking for some shoes for the upcoming track season. I wasnt exactly sure what to expect. But let me tell you.
I was absolutely blown away by the way Katherine treated/helped us. It was so refreshing and completely unexpected. She listened to all the input my daughter had. Helped guide her every step of the way and we received so much information. Because of Katherine's above and beyond customer service, we are sold. No other shoes stores for us! “Went shopping for my daughter’s first dance class and the staff were all so kind to my daughter. She even wanted to show them EVERY outfit she tried on which was a lot so I’m glad they were patient with her. They also sized her for the correct ballet shoe size which was surprisingly much different than her normal shoe size. If my daughter does decide to stick with dance then we will definitely be back!”

“Went into the store today with stitching coming apart on the toe box Of my boots, after speaking with Drake Moriarty He was able to replace those boots with the newer version. He showed great customer service great communication and great knowledge of the boots. I absolutely love redwing and will never wear another brand as long as I’m in my career.”

“Very cool store for Western wear. I came just to browse and ended up buying a hat because the owners were so nice. Major brand families are carried here like Stetson, Resistol, Charlie One Horse etc. This is Pura ropa vaquera. Definitely worth a trip to the west side of town. I'll be back for boots soon.”

“This is an adorable boutique in Grandview. They have some really cute clothes that are reasonably priced. They also offer candles, home good scents, home décor, and other knick-knack type items. The sales ladies were really nice and laid back. They let you look around but were near enough and willing to answer any questions. I will definitely go back to get some new wardrobe items in the future!”
