“I visited the store back and January to get fitted for my first pair of running shoes. I had such a great experience that I sent my parents there as they are started their fitness journey again.
We all had an amazing experience with the staff. They are patient and kind. They are very knowledgeable and know how to explain things that may be happening when you walk/run that you don't even realize. They give you a variety of options to try on. They do not rush you and answer every question.
The store is clean and organized. They even have a treadmill you can use to test out some shoes. I highly recommend going if you need shoes or any other fitness gear for running.”
“Kai and Larson gave us exceptional customer service. To start, we called ahead of time to put a pair of shoes on hold, the same pair I was already wearing. Kai handed me the box before even walking halfway through the store just because she saw the shoes I was wearing. That blew me away. Then we began to look around and asked for so many pairs to try on. Her and Larson worked like a well oiled machine. While she grabbed us shoes, he would notice us looking at another pair and immediately offer to get those ones. Both incredibly pleasant and observant. Offering us help as we needed it instead of when we approached them. They never seemed annoyed at us trying on multiple pairs. This was the type of service you can only dream of these days.”
“I always like macy's and i do not feel that it is expensive as people are saying as they always have discounts and deals, and if you have the macy's credit card you will save a lot of money too. I am only giving one star because this location needs attention and needs to be upgraded compared to the one in polaris or easton mall this one is like a constraction site.”
“I love shopping here. Plenty of parking right in front of the store. Super friendly and helpful staff. The best part is the store layout. The racks are not overcrowded and with a quick scan of the store, you can see all the items and go straight to the items you are interested in. No searching thru racks.”

“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”
“They had sizes up to 3xl and the Dresses were spectacular, so were the shoes. Staff was welcoming to my sister and I, I had only tried on 3 dresses and I found the perfect fit and the staff complimented me and helped us find complimentary jewelry to match the dress, checking out was a easy process and the staff was very professional and nice. dress was reasonably priced, Highly recommended 10/10!”
“Our salesperson, Miranda Aldridge, was fantastic. She was patient and went out of her way to help my husband find a shoe that would fit with his new foot brace. She was helpful and didn’t hurry us. She treated us with so much respect considering we are older. I hope her manager reads this as we really appreciated her help. Will be back for sure.”
