I know that you have a job to do. but you overdo it. I think a little bit.with some of the people you watch them like everybody's a thief. So I do feel uncomfortable with that part of it.”

“It would be GREAT if you would supply some of the mid sized shopping carts like the ones in the Coventry store. Persons in power chairs or wheel chairs can move these about the store with ease. Instead of having to put items in bags hanging from chair, which may cause some fears among loss prevention. Otherwise, I like shopping at all of the Marcs stores, closeout is always an adventure in discovery.”

“Edited to add: After I posted my review, the pharmacist called me to personally address my issue. Incorrect test strips were refunded and I was provided with new monitor and test strips. Really appreciated them doing the right thing to correct their mistake.Pharmacy sold me $50 test strips for a glucose monitor that is discontinued. I can’t get a refund because I opened the box without knowing that the test strips are worthless. Why would they sell me strips that I can’t use? No one ever asked me or my prescribing physician what brand of strips I needed - and why would they sell a worthless test strip unless they confirmed what monitor I was using?”
“This pharmacy shows me much courtesy.Whenever I come they bring my meds to my car.They also call me when I have meds to be picked up. They will deliver my meds if I needed them to.”
“I almost don't want to post a review because I feel like this pharmacy is a secret I stumbled upon. I've never once had an issue with my prescription, or even really had to wait. The staff are so helpful and kind. If you use the drive-thru, just know they may scare you half to death because they sometimes talk when they're not standing at the window and it feels like you're talking to some ghost from the great beyond.”

“I love coming here, I have yet to try their tea menu, although I will definitely hit it up on my next visit.I have eczema on my hand, and have had issues with it my entire life. On one of my last visits, an employee helped me to find a salve to help me out. I am so grateful, because after many doctors visits. I finally have found something that clears it up and completely gets rid of my eczema.Always helpful staff, I highly suggest more people come and try some remedies vs always using western medicine for every single ailment.”

“It was a half way descent experience. I used to go in Tony's often years ago pretty much for all the wrong reasons. Alcohol and Ciggarettes. I quit drinking when I turned 30 years old, Thank God. Unfortunately, I'm still smoking, lol. Anyways, I noticed there appears to be some new owners that bought Tony's and Took over so to speak. They all seemed pretty nice and respectful and Friendly. That customer service has to account for something my friends.. On that note, I wish all of you a HAPPY, SAFE AND HEALTHY NEW YEARS. THANKYOU!”
“Was there about 2 weeks ago my credit cards fell out my wallet got caught under the conveyer belt. The worker Melissa went above and beyond and did get my card for me while also making sure everyone employee and customers were taken care of while doing it. Just don't see workers like that anymore”

“I always enjoy my experiences at your store. On Thursday 8/6/24 I stopped by the store on my way home from the beach. As I pulled up front to get a scooter for my disabled brother, Danielle came out of the store and asked if I needed any help. I told her that I was going in the store to get the scooter and she offered to get one for me. It wasn't that she was going to get it but her approach. Super friendly, supportive and willing. Not only was she professional but she had a smile that brightened my do. We tend to be quick to criticize someone doing wrong but I want to praise her for being herself. Which is great. I applaud her work ethic.”
