“We where charged for the month after the line was cancled and had some issues with the customer service line telling us we needed a pin we never set. We went into the store and asked for help and Scean went above and beyond. Rest our pin for us, conformed identity for us and even stood up to the customer service line making sure we got answers to our questions. We would have gotten nowhere without him. A month ago we came in and had a completely different experience. We wanted a new phone or mine fixed and it honestly felt like they didn't want to help us so we left. Today was very different, had we been helped with that energy a month ago we would not have switched providers.”

“The new guys that work here are awesome! Their attitudes and customer service is much better than the last guys that were there. Very friendly. The store is always neat and clean with lots of variety of phones and phone accessories to choose from. However, this last phone I bought a few months ago is garbage. The one I bought before was cool and lasted a long time. I gotta pay them a visit real soon. Free parking lot, handicap parking, I believe the doors are handicap accessible. Go check it out!”
“We got unlimited on our phones and WiFi box for a good price. We had problems with a refurbished box so the girls worked until we could get a box to work. They gave us a discount because we were new to Metro T-Mobile.”
