“I discovered a screw in one of my tires causing a slow leak on a Sunday. I drove it to Hay's shop, parked it and left the key and a note in the key drop. The next morning I got a call that they repaired the damage to the tire the first thing on Monday morning EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T SCHEDULED because they thought I MIGHT need my vehicle that morning! How can you ask for better service than that? Hay's is a shop that can be trusted. They will continue to get my business because they have EARNED it. Give them a try as I and my family have and see how they do. All they ask is a chance!”
