1378 N Shoop Ave, WauseonI started boarding my fur-baby at Tony's just this year. The owners get 5 stars. They have been very helpful, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with! The other shop staff get 3 stars - they have been just okay. They can't seem to ever find my paperwork for my pup when I bring him in. It gets frustrating filling out the same forms every time I come. The first time, what should have been a quick drop-off, took over an hour - way past my lunch break. (Maybe staff needs to re-learn how to use an alphabetical file system? My name isn't that hard.)When I've worked with the owners, it has been smooth sailing. Keep up the great work, guys!

5791 Co Rd 16, WauseonWe recently boarded our two large dogs here. Janice was amazing and they had a stress free stay! These kennels smell so clean and the animals are given lots of attention! The dogs really enjoyed having unlimited access to the outside. They had such a smooth transition to being home this time. Yhat tells me that they enjoyed their stay! Highly recommend this place. The owners are so kind and prices are reasonable. Makes a big difference!!
