After bringing in a very sick dog that had been misdiagnosed, Dr Carey, sat on the floor with her and actually gave a THOROUGH hands on exam, unfortunately to find a blockage/tumor in airway, explaining a lot. Staff was also excellent anchoring Dr Carey’s expertise and quiet, calm, demeanor. Will recommend him in a heartbeat!????

7477 Township Line Road, WaynesvilleThe quality of care I have received here far exceeds the many practices I’ve take my dogs to over the years. I first found out about it after my trainer recommended them for OFAs for my sport dog with Dr. Vanessa and Lexie. The quality of the X-rays and positioning were great, and honestly probably saved what would have been fair hips into being good hips with their precision. They offered to try without sedation, but ultimately I knew my dog would need sedation so they did that for us as well. It took seeing them to figure out that my dog gets much less nervous with examinations if he is up on the table! Then my other dog developed Horner’s syndrome and my normal vet couldn’t get us emergently in. I decided to see if they could squeeze me in and I’m so glad they did. It’s a further drive for me but Dr. Michael did the most thorough examination on my very nervous pittie than any other vet has done his whole life! He took his time with him, and allowed me to advocate for what I thought would be best. We have decided to switch all of his care to Dr. Michael moving forward, even though it’s about 40 minutes from us.

My wife always makes me check the Facebook page when we are on vacation to see the dogs running and playing in the 5 acre yard with the other dogs. If you live any where close to this kennel and are lucky enough to be leave your dog here you will not be disappointed.

9069 Old Stage Rd, WaynesvilleI am able to leave my dogs here with confidence and peace of mind knowing they are in good hands. The owner, Talia, has an incredible level of knowledge about dogs: their behavior, physical needs, emotional needs, and medical needs. One of my pets required numerous medications 3x/day, including bedtime. Most boarding places do not make late evening rounds with the pets, but they do here. They don't charge extra to give meds or for evening rounds. The staff genuinely care about and enjoy the dogs. I gladly make the 35 minute drive and would not consider leaving my dogs elsewhere.

Buckeye Select Kennels accepted my pup Edie as a favor to the owner of Liberty K9 who was going out of town himself. I am so grateful to Buckeye Select Kennels for taking great care of my 6 month old pup in the moment of my real-life tragedy. I highly recommend this kennel!

7576 OH-48, WaynesvilleOur group of 9 had a wonderful experience here. We sat on the outside patio late on a Saturday evening with 5 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed salads, wings, chicken fingers, appetizers, and drinks, all delicious. Our server, Kennedy, was fantastic and deserves to be recognized for making a big difference between a regular experience eating out and one where the service was exceptionally warm, accommodating, and friendly!

258 South Main Street, WaynesvilleWish I could give more stars, this place is Awesome. We had the hot wings and they were great. Fish tacos are fantastic and the fries are delicious. I have to give a shout-out to Brooke our server, she is the best and very professional and knowledgeable about the menu items. Keep up the great work and see you soon
