They also work with enterprise in Richmond so you can literally have a car ready for you when you drop your car off and then leave the rental there when you get your car back. The owner always, works hard at getting the job done right not sloppy and fast, then fixing the problems if any ! My friends, that have gotten work done here over the years, all have had seriously good work done.. ? So, I've Never had a wreak before! "Sept 2021/ At 63 yrs"I had my first front-end smash & When my car was dropped off at the house the guys got the bad off and replaced all the broken parts, the crushed metal was reformed and bought skins ( hood, fender, bumper/front-end) from wreak yard. I got New tire and wheel, strut, lower control arm and some more? then it needed Paint.. I checked all around. EVERYONE was so expensive.$$! I really wanted Howell's to paint it. But, A van wreaked into the Automotive Repair Business, smashed it up good & caught on fire. ?1/2 of Howell's Business was burned up I was sure they were closed. ?I called and found out they were working and open.☕. I Got a great estimate when I took the car over then, just dropped it off... I Got it back today,? Looks Great. They did extra work, took dents out of hood, mounted the bumper/front-end and fender. Paint is fresh, clean "Great job"”

“My alternator gave out as I was driving thru New Lebanon on my way home, another 25 minutes away. I managed to pull into O'Reilly's and Mike went out of his way to help me test 2 batteries, gave me a boost charge so I could make it home, and helped take out and replace the battery in my car. Having had my hands in the works I asked if I could wash my hands and as I turned to walk inside, another young employee was already walking toward me with a cleaning wipe and some dry towels. That's what I call taking care of the customer. And, yes, I ordered my new alternator from O'Reilly's as soon as I got home. Thank you both for helping me out. You went out of your way and I really appreciated that.”

“As a retired race car engineer and former crew chief, I'm always nervous when other people do anything on my cars.Today, May 2022, I had two tires replaced at the Walmart auto CTR. In Eaton Ohio.The guys did a pro job, which included torquing the lug nuts, a short test drive followed by another lug nut torque check.(FYI: the reason a lot of rotors need to be ground/trued or replaced is due to shops using rattle guns only and not torquing wheel nuts correctly. )Services: Auto tire replacement”
