Hank said bring your end table lamps in and I will take a look at it with you...that he did and fixed both of the light switches in 10 minutes. Most young employees have zero customer service skills...Hank Burt had 10+ savvy customer service skills. He is going off to OU college soon and I wish him the very best. Emily and Steven thank you for having savvy helpful young employees in your store front...that is what sets your small business apart from the others. I am a lifetime customer with your hardware for this very reason!!β

βBeen using this hardware store the last couple weeks. As a contractor, they have been amazing as a local area expert, as well as very reasonably priced. Very comparable to blowes or depot on price. Also a great place to get screens or windows repaired.β
βCame here to get a very broken screen frame replaced. The guys working were so nice, and they were even able to repair it for me instead of replacing it which saved me money.β
βI needed 2 thermostats & 2 elements for my HTP water heater. Max helped me in every way. They did not have the parts nor did they have the parts in their system. But Max tracked them down for me, found a supplier, let me know a timeline, researched 2 day air shipment options, & communicated fantastic! I ended up finding the parts through a faster path for me to get them sooner but Max was everything you could ask for with help & service.β
βWell stocked, neatly merchandised lumber yard showroom. Good customer service. A good alternative to larger big box stores that may be farther away, especially if you need basic remodel / repair supplies quickly.Be ware, they do not accept credit cards for purchases under $5.β
βFrom start to finish, Winsupply of Dayton was fantastic. Amazing customer service from ordering to delivery. Wade was extremely cheerful and helped me get my delivery on the porch. He boasted his 27 years of service at Winsupply of Dayton. I have never met an employee of a company that is happy to be still working at the same place 27 years later. βGreat selection of products. Always call before coming if something is shown online. Downside is no ADA entrance, although there are plenty of people in the store able to open the doors. Limited parking, larger pickups take up more than one spot.β
βExcellent customer service. I purchased furniture there 10 years ago and needed help with a broken chair leg. Denise from Woodcraft found the original invoice and was able to place an order for a new chair leg. Great place to shop!β

βLowes is always on point. If I can't find something, it doesn't take long to flag someone down that will assist. Not to mention, their customer service department is by far the best in the Miami Valley. As far as I'm concerned, they give five star service all day long. Specifically my girl Karen in CUSTOMER SERVICE.β

βAlways very helpful customer service at Rocky's Ace hardware, I Love the convenience of a smaller store, verses the larger home supply stores, where you find it impossible to locate an employee for assistance. They have a wide variety of merchandise and always have just what Im looking for. The aisles are clearly marked for a quick and general location of the item you're shopping for. I recommend Rocky's Ace hardware for your every need, Perfect for Seniors like myself!β
βSlow on "will call" like, I'd swear they don't pull it til you get there even if you call hours in advance. With that being said; awesome people, very friendly, clean store area. I'm pleased with what matters most right stuff onhand and approachable staff.β

βPrior to come to the store I made a phone call to make sure there are aluminum tanks with handles to swap on the dock. There were none at the dock when I arrived but the older gentleman at the front going out of his way and called to get three tanks for me from the yard. I truly appreciate this gentleman for helping me and saved a 40 minutes return trip.β

βI have nothing but wonderful reviews for this store! Yesterday (8-21-2025) I visited the paint department and the 2 women working were so friendly and were able to color match a tiny little paint sample from paint that is 5 years old. It was a PERFECT match. The customer service desk allowed me to return tinted paint, that I chose, without a receipt, for store credit. Seriously. Unbelievably amazing customer service!β
βSpringboro TSC is always so fridndly & helpful! Ron Howard helped me fix a problem with a trailer I bought there today. They all seem to be very knowledgeable & if they dont know another employee will.β
