“I was in the store on the 14th and bought my son's suit for prom. I am so glad that I came here, because the color suit he wanted was 100.00 less than the 1st place to which we had gone. I was able to get a suit, shirt, bow tie accessories and cuff links and alterations for less than the price of the suit at the 1st place. Les and Betty were so friendly and helpful.
I returned to the store on the 25th to pick up his suit after alterations and Jeanette rang us out. She was pleasant and helpful as well.”
“Maegan was absolutely amazing. She helped me pick out 2 outfits with accessories for a concert. She was upbeat, personable, kind and supportive. I came back the next day to exchange for different sizes and she was happy to see me. I am beyond grateful for her. I will definitely be back to Buckle!”
“Disney was a HUUUUUUGE part of my childhood memory in our family. I almost know every song. Im still a kid at heart. So sad it's hard to find huge Disney stores anymore. We had one in my hometown, the one with the big screen and Disney gear, yea you know.
We met a friendly cashier and other staff. I felt like I was at home in Florida. Recommend stopping because it's a little cheaper than buying from Disney World.
Orlando does have many Disney discount stores also but stopping here so you can enjoy your trip and not worry about not having it is a plus.”

“Everyone was very helpful! I haven’t owned a pair of jeans in about 15 years. The sales associate was so helpful in finding me the right fit. She knew what size I needed just by looking at me! I was amazed by it. I am disabled and she made sure I had the big dressing room and came back to check on me. We will definitely be back! I wish I caught her name.”
“They have clothes for many different occasions, with some being name and non-name brands. Clothes for kids of all ages and I saw they had husky sizes for thicker kids (boys) and I forget what it was called in the girls department for thicker kids. Fell in total clothes that kids could look and feel comfortable in. I passed by school uniform clothes which all places don't have. I think they have really good prices overall and when they have sales, they really have deals. I shopped for vacation clothes and found some work clothes while I was there and some curtains. They have a jewelry, makeup and shoe section. I walked out feeling accomplished.”

“Today was the first time I had ever been in a Buckle store, and let me just say the customer service was phenomenal. They really pay attention to detail. I walked in just looking to browse and Madison helped me out, noticed my boots and jeans and brought me some pairs of jeans that would look nice with my boots and she noticed that my jeans were a little on the baggy side so she brought me jeans that would bag good on my boots. Then she kind of showed me around and showed me stuff that i’d like and whatnot. My only “issue” was they didn’t have Ariat Jeans in my size, however, they ordered my size to the address i gave them completely free shipping. 10/10 recommend coming here, i will 100% be back some other day. Thank you for reading and Thank you Madison for the amazing customer service.”
“It's a nice location. I feel like it may be a small location as I don't remember it feeling tight in there. Granted there is room to move around but not spacious. Mainly went with my girlfriend to get her some outfits & she did find some , luckily in her size.
Only pet peeve was the cashier was a bit slow on unclipping the hangers, scanning, folding & putting it in the bag.”
“I visited this Lilly Pulitzer on Friday, Sept. 12. Beth was the representative who helped me in the dressing room. Barb was fantastic! She brought me some different sizes and helped me decide what to do about a pair of pants. One size was too big, and the other size was a bit too small in the rise. She agreed with me, just don't get the pants if they are not right! I loved that Barb was honest with me. I, too, work part time at a high end store, and I do the same thing. I tell the customer if they are on the fence, just don't get the item or possibly take the item home, try it on in their lighting with the proper shoes and then decide. This was a final Sunshine Sale item so Barb's honesty impressed me. I valued her input. Barb is a 5 star employee--super impressed. On another note, I am SO disappointed Lilly Pulitzer stopped giving us, with purchased, the adorable plastic bags. These new bags are thrown out and certainly not the same! BRING BACK THE CUTE and REUSABLE blue, pink bags!! So bummed they dropped those!!!”

The manager here was very kind and let me know I could bring my items back if they didn’t work for me. All other employees were nice and helpful. “The state of Oklahoma has been in the news quite a bit lately for wildly regressive acts of censorship & regression, shutting down public library programs that deal with issues like sexual assault survival & awareness & banning book after book after book from school & public library shelves. Quite recently, a bunch of gun & Bible toting lunatics stormed a library board meeting & demanded the removal of several titles from the library's collections, including The Outsiders, a novel that has not only been regarded as a classic book for young adults for over 50 years, but one that was written by Oklahoma's own S.E. Hinton. This is a rather roundabout lead-in to how I think the Socs would be perfectly at home shopping at Vineyard Vines. Madras, plaids, & brightly colored patterns are the order of the day at this shop that takes its inspiration from Cape Cod's Martha's Vineyard, a favorite destination of mine, for among other reasons, its use in the classic movie, Jaws. Apparently, dogs are allowed in this store, but I've never brought mine along to test that, because there are few other places in & around the mall where he'd be welcome to tag along. Most of the clothing is slim fit style, which I loathe, but every once in a while I'll find an awesome tie or something, like their line of Mr. Rogers inspired neckwear from last year. In any case, whenever I'm at Kenwood, I make a point of coming in here to check what's new.”
“We have visited a number of Old Navy Stores. This location has slightly quieter music and is very tidy. We only saw 2 associates, but the one at the checkout was very helpful.”

“It's a bigger Old Navy than I've seen before, but similar to others. Lots of options for women and men, but I was disappointed in the kids selection. For such a big store they had very little. Not sure if it was just a restaging for season change or what, but my daughter was disappointed as was I. The staff was also all pretty much over in one area and never said hello or anything when we walked by.”
“Absolutely LOVE this store! Im from Indiana n make the trip atleast twice a year to load up my van! New and used items, I have bought everything from Baby blocks to cribs. From bibs to pre-teen. ALWAYS a GREAT selection and price. Oh, and don't forget the punch card! 1 punch for every $20 spent. They have been so great about combining them for me. ( I'm an older Granny n can Never remember where I put them, so I end up with several! 😂) I have 4 Grandsons 10, 8, 2 and 1 week. ALL BOYS so their Mama goes thru a lot of jeans etc! They also buy gently used items. I've never done this, but there is ALWAYS people bringing in new items every day.”

“I LOVE children’s place! I shopped there today and boy! They had a lot of good deals for .99c The staff were super friendly and patient. It didn’t matter they had to ring up over 200 items for me and over a 100 of those twice! Amy, Renee and Gretchen all provided great service! Amy is the epitome of customer service! She was kind patient and amazing all through. Still smiling and helpful through the service! Gretchen was also so friendly and helpful through the service and made us feel so relaxed. I am in love with this location and will be back again!!”
