“This lab is conveniently next door to the family medicine practice that I go to. I went about 11ish on a weekday, and there was no wait. The ladies there were friendly and efficient. Must have been in and out of there in five minutes! I really hate blood tests and can't believe I'm giving 5 stars for it, but the experience couldn't have been better - for blood work!”

“I had a great experience getting my blood drawn this morning! I had an appointment, got right in, and the phlebotomist did a great job. Very friendly and efficient, even though I normally have a hard time because of my “difficult” veins lol. But she had no problem finding a vein, what a relief!”

“First time I had blood drawn, there was a problem with one of the vials making it unusable and no one really had a clear explanation of why. I'd give that 0 stars.
Went in for the redraw and my experience with Teresa was 10 stars so I'll average that out and call it 5.
Still wish Quest was more clear and communicative with me about what happened. When you call their number, you get a general line so reaching someone to find out what you need is super hard.”
