“This store should be a customer service model for all businesses. The minute you walk in someone asks if they can help you find something. The staff is always knowledgable about whatever you ask of them. This store always seems to have whatever I need. Some items are a little pricier than the big stores but I've also found many times their prices were cheaper than Lowes - and it is certainly worth the convenience of not having to drive to Huber Heights or Trotwood. This store and its staff are outstanding in every respect.”
“I visited the Dayton harbor freight location and while there I was greeted from a friendly sales associate. There were two things in their ad that had already sold out. In their defense it was 1/2 hour before closing time.
Overall it was a good visit to the store. It was well merchandised and clean. Very competitive pricing as well.”

“Well went TSC Troy to buy a trailer to haul ATV. Went my other stores and the trailers were all scratched and dented. Prices were comparable. Quality was definitely better and perfect condition. If I wanted scratched and dented I'd buy used. Braiden helped me as soon as I come I. The store and went straight outside. They were busy but cashier was talking care of checkout. He got the title and even made sure the lights worked before we drove away! Definitely very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. We got the 5.5' x 9' because of the extra features and better wheels. Worthy the extra drive and money.”
“I just want to share that Sharon in the plumbing department is an absolute angel! We purchased our first home and of course everything seems to be falling apart! It’s 700 pm on a Saturday night and we get a pinhole leak in our hot water pipe leading to the washer we’re trying to install..we race over to Home Depot in hopes we can fix it ourselves before calling Roto Rooter again!! Sharon was so helpful and kind, we showed her pics of the situation and she shared her knowledge with us. She even took time finding the copper pipe cutter we would need. “Went to go pickup a generator. Service was fairly quick even though they were busy. Very helpful staff loading generator onto vehicle. Only reason not giving a 5 star. Had to drive out of my way to get the particular model I was looking for.”

“I bought a freezer from them almost 2 years ago, I purchased the extended warranty plan for it. It quit working around May 31, 2024. I called the warranty company, they got everything going on their end. Had to go to the store with some info, Nathan was working, he got everything going to help me out. They gave me money for food loss and I now have a new freezer..Nathan went above and beyond my expectations to help me with things..I have had a few bad issues with Lowe's, but his efforts have really made up for them ...Thank you Nathan and Taylor”
“Personally I've always had better service here than at Lowe's store not quite as well stocked as Lowe's but the service makes up for it it's generally the fault of management when service is bad due to short staffing as it saves money paying employees”
