Absolutely no complaints. The only hiccup I encountered was that the hood for my car was back ordered for MONTHS. No fault of IBS. They kept me informed as to when the hood would be in and car was done within the time frame they gave me.

IBS was given my cat to repair through State Farm, they were extremely helpful and called me to keep me constantly updated. Although my car was deemed totaled by State Farm they did an amazing job at taking care of my needs and my vehicle!! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back for future repairs.
