Ive been having issues with my phone dying on me so I came into the store here in westerville and the rep was able to figure out my issue. He informed me that my charger was bad and that I just needed a new cord and didnt try to sell me a whole new phone. Homest service

I called to figure out how to get Disney plus on my account. Turns out I’m paying for hotspot on 3 phones and none of the line use it. The rep helped me get Disney plus AND take money off my bill. Super helpful and a pleasant surprise.
