Today, I went to this branch for help with addressing fees incurred on an estate account. Branch manager Hashem Saleh helped me resolve an issue that I’d been struggling with for months. “This is legit the best Huntington I ever been to. I’ve been on multiple occasions and dealt with different people and the service is always top notch. I’m fairly young and do most of my banking online but on the occasion that I do have to go inside a bank this is the branch I choose. I needed a check and the banker explained the two types they offered without making me feel dumb. She even helped me with envelope and stamp because I needed to get the check mailed ASAP.”

There is no service fee if you buy over $350. in Euros and have an account. The exchange rate was very competitive.”

“I've had a business checking account at this Key Bank well before it opened (was at different location, got moved when they opened this one and closed other one). Obviously if I kept it this long I've been satisfied. Today, I had an issue with my account that was 100% my fault (transferred incorrectly). I called, admitted my error and explained the situation to the manager I believe named Jen. She had to do some "stuff", make some calls and eventually fixed it for me. Did not have to do this as it was my fault. I didn't tell her my screw up was because of a personal medical emergency that happened because I didn't want the bank to do anything under "pity", just wanted to see if they could take care of just because.They did and I can't say how much I appreciate it. I would recommend this branch or I think they call center to anyone.”
