“I cannot possibly emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was. Someone without insurance hit me and damaged my bumper and headlight significantly. The insurance company improperly assessed the damage, came out to the body shop a second time, pushed back on everything including a 22 dollar hood emblem!Auchbach owners and staff worked patiently and tirelessly, communicating over and over again to a totally combative and incommunicative insurance agent (who after a MONTH of back and forth, did finally agree to all the fixes because the body shop was RIGHT).The shop communicated with me regularly, were totally transparent, and did a GREAT job on the car. But wait for it...when I picked it up, they had washed the whole car and cleaned, dusted, and shined up the interior as well. WHAT? Service like this simply doesn't exist anymore. SUCH a great group to work with. Totally recommend!!”

They stuck to estimated repair cost & delivered my car 1 day early. Work looks great! Hope I won't need them again, but would definitely use Trio if in need of a bodyshop.”
“CG's Auto Paint did an excellent job with my hood and bumper. Do to rusting, they were able to find a better replacement hood to use in a short time frame. They also notified me of a serious safety issue. The front bumper metal frame had completely rusted out. CG replace the part with no extra charge. I plan on scheduling the same service on my other car later this year.”

I struggled with communication with the insurance company...they bridged the gap with the adjuster and even used their own tow truck to move my vehicle when there was a delay in arranging transport through Progressive. Other shops had a long wait list and CS was able to see and start working on my van immediately. The repairs were beyond my expectations and my car looks better then it did when I bought it! “I could not be happier with the help I received! My right side mirror was taken off and dangling and the back cover removed completely while on my way to class. I knew it most likely didn’t need fully replaced, but I also knew I didn’t want to mess with it myself and possibly break anything further. I had called and asked if they would be able to help me an hour before they closed because of my class and didn’t want to have to drive in the dark without a side mirror. Tom, the owner, had given it a look and after 15 minutes had gotten everything fixed up for me. Where other shops i’ve been too would have given me the run around simply because i’m a young girl, overcharged me or had been condescending to me, I was met with the upmost respect from Tom. When I asked how much I owed him, he said how he had said he would help me and that’s what he did! No charge. I was overwhelmed by the genuine kindness. I recommend anyone visit this upstanding business!”
