“I absolutely love this speedway. All of the employees are so kind and friendly when I visit. It's neat and clean which I appreciate. The only complaint I have is with the manager Michelle. She is always rude and this morning I had enough. The person in front of me was chatting it up with the employee having a nice conversation. Then Michelle jumped in to help and rudely said to the customer "all your doing is talking will you stop giving her a hard time and go." I was baffled(the sweet older gentleman was in his late 60's-70's). There was about 5 other people behind me. Michelle stated she was having a bad morning and that she basically was going to lash out on everyone and she is going on vacation. She then rudely said to me when I stated I didn't have my speedy card " your just being difficult" which she has said this statement to me several times but I always try to keep our interaction short and sweet. I really hope this vacation she is taking helps with her personality and she gets the break that she needs. Otherwise, Bill & Red are my favorite and everyone else.”

“Nice gas station, cashiers are always friendly, and they're always stocked up on pizza. They let me hang out inside for an hour or so after I got locked out of my car and waited for someone to arrive. But the pumps always have trouble taking my card.”
“AMAZING. This mini mart had a nice variety of things inside and a good lottery system. The owner was so very nice and greeted me right away with a smile and was very helpful with any questions I had. I also met Jeff and he was just as awesome and helpful! This is a great spot to stop. I highly recommend going here for any convenience needs. The holland sylvania mini mart is a place I will return to in the future!”

“A great addition to the area. Very clean and efficient with a great selection of cold to go food for lunch as well as hot food. Menu for hot food was a bit confusing but it was my first time trying to figure that out.
Staff have all been very welcoming on the times I have paid inside and shopped.
Only small thing would be to offer a better selection of individual cans of ciders and drinks other than beer. Definitely need Angry Orchard alongside Redds as an example.”

“They just upgraded there gas pumps recently and now alot of my problems before are irrelevant! Even plays a catchy jingle... Staff is ok depending on whom you see. Older gentleman who seems to be a war vet is very rude, but the ladies there are nice and helpful.”
