“Absolutely incredible. My wife and I were traveling to Buffalo from Toledo and our coolant reservoir had a crack causing our truck to overheat. David, who was the manager at the time, along with Joey? The mechanic. Not sure on his name. But both were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Got it changed super quick and even allowed us to take shelter from a horrible storm that came in. GO TO THESE GUYS. They are amazing and incredibly friendly. Sometimes it’s hard to find good, kind, caring mechanics. These guys exceeded our expectations. Can’t say enough about them.”
“I was very impressed with this auto shop. They did my front brakes for almost half of the cost that the dealer quoted me. Very personable and nice people to deal with, both at the front desk and with the service technician. He explained my options and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of or talked down to because I'm a woman. No high pressure sales tactics here. Service was timely as well. They got me in and out knowing that I was waiting. Initially I intended to walk home a couple miles, but the heat was pretty unbearable by that point in the morning. On Friday April 5th I was heading into work early. As I was coming down Hayden Ave, I hit a pothole and blew a tire. I was referred by a co-worker to go to Moe’s Tire Service in East Cleveland. I wasn’t able to go due to my schedule for that day. So I had a friend take my car up there to get a replacement tire. They did replace my blown tire. However, I discovered the tire they replaced was a smaller size than my original tires. Since they were closed I had to come back the next day. I came back on April 6th and explained to the mechanic what happened. He looked at my tire and was completely confused as to why someone put the wrong tire on my car. I showed him the receipt and told him I wanted a new tire. He apologized for the mistake and told me to just pay the difference for the brand new tire. I was extremely happy with this! Thank you for the excellent service. I will be back soon!”

Guess I'm bringing that up too. Highly recommend. They've also fixed numerous leaks for me in 20 min and for dirt cheap. This IS the go to tire spot”
“A national chain wanted to charge me $1200.00 for a new rim because they said the one I had was not repairable... Well Cleveland Tire and Wheel repaired it for $135.00 and did it in 45 minutes. Next time I buy tires it will be with them. Very friendly, fast, and affordable service.”
